I had that problem of yours before and i pretty much understand yours?I guess you havnt tryd the steps i gave you.Maybe i should write em again.Go to your internet settings,find the username and leave it BLANK,find the password field and also leave it blank.Find the proxy address and empty it and again find the Port Number and Empty it.If you cant understand maybe some one in the house could explain it the way it is in a Samsung Fone cus am not used to SAmsung.Hope it helps you.

@deeteeneey                         ok see what u will do.Go to settings,delete the username,delete the password,goto advance settings find proxy name and make it empty,do the same to the port numba.Afta doin all this correctly exit the browser and open it again.Try this think it wil help in your case.It will also help those with internet settings havin problems usin it.
