Nigeria is still the cheapest. Ask the travel vloggers. |
I just did a topic on the cunning game they’re playing to have every side covered. Unfortunately, Yoruba haven’t figured this game out. I believe that to be IG, you must be a bit intelligent, so if he doesn’t toss this political petition into the garbage where it belongs and knock the bully out once and for all, he will look back and regret how he allowed himself to be used unfairly to create an unending mess. He needs to understand that nothing this govt will do that will be given credit, it will always be one thing after another. There are case dismissals, charges drops, lowest misdemeanors that carry no arrest to probation or community service, and then there are felony crimes. But in Nigeria most people don’t understand what justice is about. When there was no petition, they called it “his connection that made him above the law” and now that a petition is in, it’s “there must be an evidence of his guilt for someone that close to the president to be probed.” Judolisco: |
Why will they not reason like that? If you know where the minister of aviation is from, you will know this is what they live for. We just hope that president Tinubu will at the least return Nigeria to regional govt with the 1963 constitution that we all agreed on. So we will have little to almost zero interaction with these people on the daily. Judolisco: |
Are you in jail? Why should he be in jail when he didn’t commit any crime? omoredia: |
Argh! Opposition ti lule and bites the dust. They put their plan in the hands of a jailbird with rap sheets and arrest warrants.. |
Lies! Probably a few hundreds in the whole world with dialects. If you’re hearing each others language for the first time, and you understand, it’s one language but different dialects. My first time of hearing Itsekiri, I understood every word. It sounded just like Ijebu and clearer than Egba that shares the same state, so how is that a different language? |
“do you understand the questions? 1. can you name the people that did the staging? 2. if you say that tinubu is "doing a good job", how has tinubu successfully tackled corruption, nepotism, cronyism, hunger, unemployment, hardship, poverty, inflation, wasteful government spending, budget padding, insecurity, bad governance, failing public infrastructure, poor medial services and falling standard of education?” @lexy 2014 The people that did are the desperate politicians who have no good record to run on than to cause chaos. President Tinubu has done a good job in every area despite the speculation, considering a country that collapsed in 2022 and now standing tall in 2025. God really sent us a Moses in the person of president Tinubu. It’s also ok for some of you to never acknowledge that fact, that’s the beauty of democracy, bitter people who can’t cope with loss deny what they see all the tim |
Peter Obi is saying this to cover up for his supporters cos he knows they’re money at all cost criminals. |
Exactly! Desperate politics and tribal bigotry on a new level. WesleyPepper: |

He built this house long time ago before becoming a minister. The Adelekes are the ones spending Osun’s money, doing what they couldn’t do before they became governor. Beremx: |
Good one from Reno. Peter Obi is a well known ethnic bigot, so no surprise there. |

Like they say with vicious dogs that bite once, if you don’t put them to sleep, they will want more blood. This is exactly what you have in your hands if you by mistake fall for their lobbyists that are using back channels to trick you into “just listen to your children and do what they want for them to give peace a chance” because this current govt’s head is from the community perceived as weak-minded, have been called pacifists and the right one to bully. Peace only comes through strength that people can feel and touch. Please don’t fall, cower, bend, fold or roll over for any reason if you don’t want to become a donkey for bullies to ride to hell. Once you yield to what bullies want, you become their b***h and you’re done for and will never recover from that. There’s no claim or evidence anywhere that KWAM1 slapped, beat and kicked any pilot or airport staff, he just stood by and delayed a plane, so why are they comparing that with a woman that beat, kick and insulted airport staff? The police should take this further and check the lady’s phone conversations and bank accounts to see who she’s been talking with and if she was paid to do this so they can keep KWAM1 in the news to use as Endsars 4. It’s better for you to let them do their worst right now, at least they will learn that you will never bend which will discourage them from another plot, but if you choose 2 days of peace by giving them what they want, your families are next cos you just gave them more power to do more of the same to drag this administration. Also remember this is political in nature and president Tinubu is the target, they just have to go through his closest people. |
It was staged to keep Kwam1 in the news, that’s how desperate president Tinubu’s oppositions are. What this means is, even the opposition knows that president Tinubu is doing a good job and they can’t run against him on that. |
Mehn! You took that right out of my mind. You’re one intelligent person, may God add to your wisdom. I’m just smiling ear to ear knowing that people like you know how these desperate people we are surrounded by operate. How Kwam1 gave them this weapon is what is beyond me. And if not that I understand that he has no motive, I would have said he was working with them. Let them produce a video of K1 beating and kicking a staff. seunmsg: |
Let Peter Obi produce a video of KWAM1 kicking the airport staff or anyone, then we can talk about equal justice. What he will not be allowed to do is compare orange to banana. |
Seun and Mynd, can you explain why this post is not deleted, but if I said this it would be deleted in 3 seconds? I know it’s your way and I’m just showing you for a specific purpose that you will understand soon. Nairaland is NOT a platform, but a publisher/editorial. No freedom of speech for certain people, and if you can control what some say, it means you’re liable. Hedonisco: |
Exactly. Raskimonojendor: |
What’s good for the goose is good for the gander. Why are they arrested when that’s how the current leader got there? It’s just like opposition trying their luck in democracy, other soldiers too will want to taste the power like their boss. |
It’s all political and a well orchestrated plot, so they won’t let it go. I’m even thinking if it has anything to do with him being a contender for the new Awujale, which I don’t think he’s qualified for. But when you look at Ooni, Oluwo, Elegushi and a few others, then he’s even overqualified, but it’s the Awujale we’re talking about here. I don’t think he really wants to be Oba. But I blame Kwam1 for allowing all kind of frogs jump on him, he of all people should know the kind of desperate evil opposition on the prowl who need something and anything to hold on against people who are close to the president. This is why I hate that running mouth called Bayo Onanuga or whatever he’s called. This became a big story because it’s Kwam1 and his closeness to president Tinubu. I won’t be surprised if president Tinubu is furious over the whole thing, he does not like drama, we all saw how he told his own son to stop showing up at his meetings. Someone should tell these Yoruba public figures to stop putting themselves in a position to have to publicly apologize for anything, it makes them feel small, and the ever demonic blood-sucking masses will see it as weakness and move in for the kill like starving hyenas. They should know how to own every situation they’re in like a boss and diffuse some by just walking away. helinues: |
How many Nigerian presidents do you know their fathers? Who is your own father? DMerciful: |
Your lies and propaganda have no weight in reality, it’s all a smoke, try again! bet9ja: |
It’s obvious you can’t trace your lineage or paternity as it’s often the case with those of you that came with colonialists. But guess what, I can 100%. President Tinubu is the son of the soil, we know his mother Abibatu Mogaji, the former Iyaloja who always spoke about her own grandparents when she was alive. His dad had a root in what’s now known as Osun and that’s enough for us. Anyone around 80 years old who can trace his 3 pure blood generation to Yorubaland is a Yoruba and those under 40 years old who can get 5 generations of pure Yoruba blood is also Yoruba. But let’s forget far ancestors for now, if your grandparents and parents are 100% Yoruba, then you’re authentic son of Yoruba. It takes a greater lunacy from you to want more display. DMerciful: |
Self-serving protests by criminals who are used to screwing up everyone else for coins. Goods are expensive everywhere, so are the tariffs, and aside the constant “cry of wolf” by people who don’t want Nigeria to break free, Nigeria is too dependent on importation. If you want to develop like other countries you have to stop behaving like you don’t ever want to leave your bottom 3rd world position. How many poor people from the developed countries order cars from abroad? If you’re comfortable enough to order cars from abroad, you should know that the prices of vehicles are through the roof now overseas, unless you’re bringing in unsafe vehicles which are hazardous to Nigerian roads. As registered dealers, you should have books with the authority on controlled price since you will be passing the cost to the masses. Let the poor buy locally. All others who want to bring in vehicles for sale but clear them like they’re for personal use then sell them and dodge business taxes are the ones contributing to the problem. If you want to compare with nice countries, you have to see how they do things. In the US for example, you can’t just bring in any car that can’t pass emissions inspection, but in Nigeria, all the flooded cars end up in Nigeria because of greedy dealers. The same goes to all the plastic clothes from China that will become health hazard in future. I think the govt should go further by making any individual ordering to have just 1 car for a period of 10 years and the car must not be over 10 years old, anything after that should have 100% duty. As for registered dealers, they should be under a different rule that’s controlled. |
He thinks everyone on nairaland is daft. Skydivine: |
Life is actually better for Nigeria. And this is to encourage Nigerians to depend less on importation and look inward, while generating enough money to run the broke Nigeria. creolehunt: |
Fact! They always support every evil on their side, but quickly call it when we apply fairness to our own. As for Trump, you will love him too when he’s done. ajailer: |
Your “true blood” meaning the ones you have turned to cold fufu, right? The ones you collected Saturday from and gave Sunday, Abi? And which of the points made above is shameless or you just like to use words you don’t know their meanings? Obaaderemi2: |
Can anyone show me how to find a block button that was added to this platform? I have a couple of rats that need to be trapped. |
