⚡The European Commission has said that Volodymyr Zelensky made a mistake by believing all the shells from the EU would be free for Kiev. The matter relates to the delivery of the promised one million shells. European Commissioner Thierry Breton said that Brussels was going to "supply" them, not "transfer" them to Ukraine.
