⚡France is set to deliver a shipment of defensive armaments to Armenia today, February 22, Le Figaro reports. According to AFP news agency, French Defense Minister Sébastien Lecornu will embark on a two-day visit to Armenia on the same date, marking the first-ever visit by a French Defense Minister to the country. The minister will be accompanied by members of parliament and defense industry representatives. "Armenia is facing serious security challenges related to the threats of Azerbaijan. Our duty is to increase Armenia's defense potential," Lecornu said on RTL radio. The arms delivery includes three Thalès Ground Master (GM 200) radars, capable of detecting enemy aircraft up to 250 kilometers away, along with night vision devices and binoculars.
