A friend of mine did his interview today and was given d white paper but mistakenly drop his old pee for the visa instead of the new pee what can he do its a family visa. He just called me now and I don't have solution so I need family help for him

Sorry about the refusals Wumni.
Your question is vague really. People get denied and then get visas. Without knowing the reason why one was refused, nobody can give u any cogent advice. Howevr all I can say is read this thread to learn from the transcripts and avoid common pitstops and mistakes in form filling and the interview and most important be 100 percent honest in your application. Its hard work but worth it
Only u can self evaluate your ties. Nobody can tell you your chances.

I want to state what we have gone Tru in the past and where we are presently
In 2013 and 2014 Jan we were denied visa 4 medical base on B1 which I believe might be our mistake den becose we both applied on B1 but after the denial and the birth of our baby in 2014 my wife and son went to UK for 4 months in 2014 and I also got a 2yrs visa I also used in February 2015 which was not our 1st time in the UK. We decided we visit a family friend for the next vacation we have now applied on B2 for me, wife and son. Want to know what people feel about the past application and the future interview coming up dis month end and any advice that can be rendered towards the application we plan visiting in July by then I will be on my annual leave

I was able to fill my own ds 160 earlier today but encountered a problem with the number I copied to make our application a family application so I want to if I can re-fill my own application so as to accommodate my wife and son application or I can go ahead and fill for my wife and son separately. thank you

Just continue filling the form till you get to the end where you are asked to upload your passport photograph, there you'll find an option to do so just before your sign the electronic signature. Best of luck.

It's not just working after I concluded the filling it's not allowing to continue unless I upload passport please someone help put me through

You should load a picture, it's always better if you imputed it from the beginning when testing your pix for compatibility.

However, you could submit without a picture but you must go to the interview with a 600X600 (2by2) white background passport photograph.

1) Use tha last or most recent (could be BSc, MSc, PhD)
2) just state the latest one. VO's can see all your denials
3) Do not lie, they have your records due to your past applications. Just tell them you have relatives but u ain't staying with them (check past interviews here and you'll see such examples)

Thank you for your response it's the issue of telling lies the problem I have is that I don't have the addresses of the family that I have in the USA that is my problem and I don't want call anyone to send address and details and he or she will feel u are going to be a burden to them. 1 the issue of educational qualification should I use last educational qualification or should start with secondary school
2 we were denied twice in Decembers 2013 and January 2014 do I make the statement separately

I applied for American visa in 2013 and made a small mistake that I just discovered today on my dis 160 a digit on my application profile was missing could that be a reason for denial ?
Secondly I wish to apply next month and getting to the site to make my application with that of my wife and son I discovered the mistake I raised earlier now I wish to edit it to give the correct passport number but I don't know how to edit my profile so that I can continue the application.

Our !st visit was December 2013 we applied under B1/B2 because I wanted my wife to deliver our 1st child in the states but was denied I had paid part of the delivery money and we booked an Hotel we were denied no invitation from anyone but we reapplied again in January but was denied the 2nd time I had all the documents from the hospital and this time with an invite from a family friend but we were denied so I thought the baby wanted to stay back here in Ninja. before the two denial I had travelled with my wife to UK for vacation. after the birth of our boy my wife and our son travelled to the Uk again and we all have two years UK visa running but we are applying for a visit under the tourist visa and we would be getting invitation from the same person that gave us the invitation the last time. I work and earn over 400k my wife has a business of her own and also run the house. I need other information that can assist my in our application and been working for 8years plus.
