Your prism is outdated and unattractive thats why it remains empty. No one loves ugly stuff which are overpriced.

What about TPA which is half empty? Actually 70% of commercial buildings in Dar es salaam is half empty. No wonder there are no new highrise projects coming up in that your fishing village.

Definitely the Kenyans must have seen the design of the ZO building and asked the prism architects to give them a similar one. I believe the ZO is older than the prism.

That is ZO building (ZO spaces). I once shared a video about that building in this thread. It's shorter than prism,but ZO is much more modern and its occupied unlike that prism which is usually empty
