Stop saying what you don't know. 1) Itskeris is partially mutually intelligent with certain Yoruba dialects. 2) Ilaja is a subset of the larger Yoruba language spectrum. 3) Oba, Eko and Ola are proper Yoruba names. Several kings have reigned in Ile-Ife before Oduduwa and many of these have the word 'OBA' as prefixes to their names and some are now deitified e.g Obatala, Obalufon etc. The appropriate Bini word for camp is 'Ago'' and not Eko as it's being misconstrued online. Even the Binis don't bear 'Ola' Odingo1: 4 Likes 1 Share |

Justice35:it all started with Igbos insulting SS and calling them tribeless, they later responded in a harsh way, Igbos are actually the most stupid set of people, they brought the new hatred on Igbo and if things are not done properly, Igbo nation will ever regret having ipob 3 Likes 2 Shares |

oceania100: But you IPOB members gave them an excuse to justify it. You have dragged the Igbo nation to the mud by behaving like directionless children who lack reason. Why do you keep attaching the Igbo nation to people who say they do not want you? Is that not akin to rape or forceful marriage? 6 Likes 2 Shares |

Adiola:Seun my friend please I suggest you should give no room to posts as crude as this in your website. It is so horrible reading something of this nature from this generation. Amarabae did make valid points based on her experience and doesn't deserve this manner of insult. Involving her husband in this is unacceptable. Having lived and worked in PH I can confirm her points, 100%. 2 Likes 2 Shares |

But the utterances of Nnamdi Kanu, IPOB and their supporters is contrary to this claim. Go to Radio Biafra page on Facebook and see the level of hatred against the Fulani and Yoruba people. hammerP: 3 Likes 1 Share |

oyatz: Goodluck had 'Ebele' and 'Azikiwe' as other names.. . But I think I get your point... And it's no fault of the igbos. But, truth be told, I hadly come across lengthy epistles on SM where igbos try to 'Claim' Ikwerre's' or the other 'minorities' as theirs or part of them. Infact I've seen more of these type of posts than the other. My question is why put so much effort in trying to rebutt or refuse something, when the other side barely takes this thing seriously?? You might say, Ipob.. but does Ipob represent the entirety of the Igbo nationality?? 2 Likes 1 Share |

The opinion of one Amarabae can never be the opinion of the Ikwerres. Call for a referendum and let us see those Ikwerres who consider themselves as part of the Igbo nation and by extension Biafra. 3 Likes |

What is all these noise about. The nationality that wish to remain in Biafra or join Nigeria will be determined through referendum. Meanwhile Rivers people really bleeped up but just like the Benue and middle beltans I believe they have learnt their lesson. The West and the North are parasite with fake love all because they have their eyes on your golden treasure. As for fears of intimidation or hostility by the Niger Deltans, that could only be possible if there is any way inequality, and lack of fair representation is lacking in the Future Biafran Governmnet . 2 Likes |

Dreambeat: Amarabae is not Ikwerre. She is from Asa in Oyigbo Rivers state, she and her people are proud Igbos. Ikwerres never asked you for referendum. Restrict your referendum within Igboland. Ogbakor Ikwerre have reiterated many times that Ikwerre are Binis, to this end Oba Bini was a guest to Wike in Rivers state government house recently to strengthen their bond. You need to stay updated nwanne. Onye ajulu anaghi ajuu onwe ya. Show dignity Nnaa. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Maduawuchukwu: Oga, when I made my post, I knew in advance that people like you will tag me as IPOB member. I'm not moved, you can call me anything you like, after all this is a faceless forum. Now, tell me how many people in the streets of other Nigerian cities even in SS are aware of anything call IPOB or their activities outside your SE.But I can tell you that there is a strong anti-Igbo sentiment in many of these areas. That is the root cause of your problem. Until you fight to eradicate it, you are just chasing shadow. Like I said in my previous post, IPOB or no IPOB, the insult will not abate until the root cause is removed. This can be done by proving to other Nigerian that what they thought of you is not what you are. Visit these areas and see how your brothers are suffering discrimination by people who have not heard anything called IPOB. 1 Like |

oceania100: Let's get one thing clear. Ndiigbo has nothing whatsoever to prove to any Nigerian group. IPOB and their misguided idea of roping Ndiigbo in a phantom Biafra with over 200 ethnic groups in SS to create a modern day tower of Babel, is well known in SS and has been a source of insult to Ndiigbo. No person in SS do not know about IPOB. I know this because I regularly visit Facebook pages of SS groups to guage their reactions towards IPOB and Biafra. Ndiigbo don't give any flying horse about what any group in SS or beyond think about us. We will simply return hate for hate, love for love, peace for peace, violence for violence, cooperation for cooperation, understanding for understanding, madness for madness, insult for insult to any group who relates with us on those terms. Actions must be met with appropriate reactions, let no one ever think they have monopoly to those actions. But first, IPOB unity begging must stop. 4 Likes 2 Shares |
