Some states are both Catchment and Elds so they're luckier.

Is it also true that the aggregate cut off is set by final score of the admitted student who got admitted into medicine. That is when 150 get admitted and the lowest score among them is 73 then the cut off would be 73.

That is not entirely true.

Cut off varies...

There's Merit,Catchment and Elds.

Uniben admits with the aggregate from your utme and post utme.If the aggregate doesn't meet the cut off, you'll be admitted into other departments

I disagree with you on this, please. A person cannot be caught because of this, and his course is thereafter changed to another course. So, I don't believe you. Either he provides his genuine certificate of origin or loses the admission. Understand my point: people can bear any name today that is not reflective of where they hail from. So, based on their names and appearance, you cannot deny them admission because they don't look like your people or bear names suggestive of their origin, insofar as they present genuine certificate of origin. Denying them admission is wickedness. Besides, govt should pass a law that will enable people to have the rights an indigene has, insofar as he/she was born and brought up in that state.

Since you're disagreeing on all points raised,why then did you ask the question
