To actually get a safe answer,the personnel assigned to your school should tell you what to do.

Submission of hardcopies has long ended in schools I must say.
You can also email them explaining your plight

Or if you've got the means to travel to ABJ,fine.

Seeing a Psychologist would have been better. A change in environment and activities would be better even food can go a long way. Everything isn't about mental health isn't all about visiting the Psychiatrist. Rehabilitation would be better.
No matter how hard Nigeria schools try to do things, they cannot make students psychology well being. Isn't it on this forum many Med students are complaining Everytime about burnout?

Just maybe the Psychiatrist would have seen that he didn't really need healing medically but psychologically.

The difference is in the name and approach.
