Gov. Uba Sani is the undisputed principal of Kaduna politics.

His grassroots machinery, street credibility & connection with ordinary voters are unmatched.

Yes o my brother. Tinubu finish work for that state.

Governor Tinubu, now President Tinubu, laid the foundation. I remember when he went to China to hustle for investors for the Lekki Free trade zone. That alone changed the fortunes of Lagos. Same place is where the biggest US embassy in the world is now being built. Same place also houses the deepest sea port in Nigeria.

Why You Should Think Twice About PO as President

Obidients don’t care about performance, they only care about putting their man in power.

Alex Otti built 5 km PH Road in Aba at ₦7.3bn per km. That’s ₦3.3bn more per km than Umahi’s coastal highway, which is a 6-lane road on difficult terrain. Otti’s is just a 4-lane road on easy ground.

Yet, Obidients dragged Umahi but kept silent on Otti. We visited Abia last month, Otti’s new roads are already breaking down. Even Obidients we traveled together with admitted Wike and Mbah deliver far better roads, but still defended Otti with excuses like, “it was worse before.” Yes, it may have been worse, but does that justify inflated costs and substandard delivery?

This is blind loyalty. If PO becomes President, they’ll defend him the same way even if he fails, and blame everyone else but him.

Meanwhile, the economy is slowly rebounding, but they ignore progress and focus only on bad news to attack the President.

Bottom line: Nigeria needs accountability, not fan clubs. We should learn to seperate this from BBNaija. If you excuse failure today, you’ll defend disaster tomorrow.
Succinct.
PoliticsRe: Nigerian Firms Swimming In Cash As Operating Cash Flows Surge To All-Time Highs by XAUBulls: 6:48pm On Aug 16, 2025
gidigbam1:
Majority of Nigerians sadly do not understand macro economics beyond “how much is rice and garri today,” forgetting that macroeconomics is far deeper covering currency stability, cash flow, debt, productivity, and investor confidence and long-term structural growth. Countries like South Korea and Singapore once endured this short-term hardship we are going through to implement reforms, and today they are economic giants.

As a student of Management Science with in-depth knowledge of macroeconomics, I recall how many of us warned that GEJ’s policies would wreck the economy, and Buhari’s tenure completely did that. When PBAT came in with bold reforms though tough initially we that know were sure that this was the right path. Today’s data shows the economy rebounding, companies generating record cash flows, and the naira stabilizing. This is not luck; it is the outcome of a deliberate strategy that has laid a rock-solid foundation for future growth that could dwarf the combined economies of all the Africa countries in a few years from now.

I didn’t support PO cos beyond his “consumption to production,” slogan, he gave no empirical roadmap or actionable strategy. To those claiming the economy is bad, you don't know better than Global rating agencies like Fitch, Moody’s, and IMF who now rate Nigeria’s outlook positive.

Let’s set politics and ethnic sentiments aside and back PBAT’s transformative agenda as the igbos who control the economy will benefit far better than any tribe once the economy solidifies.

Karen Igho of Big Brother Africa is also in the US. I saw her on queue for a food stamp earlier this year. All her colleagues in Nigeria have made it really big. She's in the USA, and it appears the USA has also killed her life.

Kingzjayzee:
Joy Bishara, one of the 276 schoolgirls abducted by Boko Haram from Government Girls Secondary School, Chibok, Borno State, in April 2014, has rebuilt her life in the United States.

Bishara, who escaped by jumping from a moving truck with her cousin, Lydia Pogu, said the decision to leap was inspired by divine guidance.

She relocated to the U.S. in August 2014 with support from Jubilee Campaign, a nonprofit organisation.

She completed her high school education at Canyonville Academy in Oregon before gaining admission to Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida.

In April 2021, she graduated with a degree in social work, while Pogu earned a degree in legal studies.

Bishara announced her engagement to her American partner, James, in July 2023. Reports later confirmed that the two have since married.

Nearly a decade after the attack, Bishara has continued to speak out for her abducted classmates.

About 82 of the 276 girls remain missing, including Leah Sharibu, who was kidnapped in a separate attack in 2018.

NIGERIA IS NOT FULANI PROPERTY! NORTH, SOUTH, WEST, MIDDLEBELT VOW TO BLOCK FULANI PRESIDENCY AGAIN!

In this video,

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yZx-YPsyX3M
we are stepping into one of the most heated conversations rocking Nigeria right now. Across the North, South, West, and MiddleBelt, voices are rising with one strong message: Nigeria is not Fulani property!

Clips are going viral where people from different regions openly declare that they will never allow another Fulani presidency in Nigeria. The tone is bold, emotional, and direct – many are saying enough is enough.

One angry speaker shouted, “Let’s say the truth! A Fulani man will not rule this country again. They are still killing us every day, so what is the difference?” The crowd roared in agreement.

Another voice asked, “Why should we award them the highest office in this country? Are we stupid? A tribe that feels entitled to rule forever will only drag Nigeria backwards.”

It didn’t stop there. More speakers insisted that too many innocent lives have been lost, and that Fulani leadership has brought nothing but bloodshed, division, and fear. They declared that no tribe should hold Nigeria hostage, and that real nationhood can never be achieved under Fulani domination.

One fiery statement went even further: “There’s nothing like herdsmen clash. It’s Fulani hegemony! Enough of the deception, enough of the killings, enough of the wickedness. Fulani cannot claim to own Nigeria!”

The clips also highlight bitter memories of past Fulani rule – from killings in Asaba, to the slaughter of traditional rulers in Yoruba land, to violence in Benue and Edo. Over and over again, the message was the same: Fulani cannot continue to claim monopoly of leadership in Nigeria.

Guys, this is not just one region speaking – it’s North, South, West, and MiddleBelt, all saying the same thing in one united voice: Never again.

Guys, I’ll let you watch this video for yourself so you can see exactly what I’m talking about. Also don't forget to like, share and subscribe to this channel if you haven't already done so. Take a look guys, and remember to share your thoughts after watching.

The Elder said the truth and nothing but the truth.. what majority of the Igbos don't know which I will reveal here today is that most Yorubas you see like this Elder (myself inclusive) that speak this way desire only the best for them, just that we prefer to speak our mind in a blunt manner. The others like Dele Farotimi and those ones in Afenifere are just deceitful people and I can't take them seriously.

It is wrong before God and man for an Igbo person to be claiming Lagos as place of origin.. you should be proud of your place of origin.
Most Yorubas don't even claim Lagos as State of Origin talk more of non-Yoruba and non-Westerner.
That territorial agenda will keep getting you people in troub.le and that is the pure truth.

For God sake, think home, go home and develop your ancestral region.. why that advise come off as death sentence to the average Igbo person is what I'm yet to figure out.

Lagos is 100% Yorubaland...infact Yoruba territory extends beyond the 6 SW States into North Central (Kwara and Kogi) and some West African countries. Lagos by virtue of it"s positioning is well secured territory for Yorubas and is covered by Yoruba States like cherubs cover God's throne.

Another thing i learnt when you break an egg the. Yolk should be firm and in the middle. If the yolk scatters the egg have gone bad.

Everyone displays eggs a week before BB date. I hope you know BB date is different from expiration date. Even here in UK, you will see milk and eggs whose sell by date is next tomorrow, still in the big name stores. Just that they will do 30% off. By evening it will be 50% off. By a day to go they will pack them to community centers to dash to the poor. Nobody throws stuff away even here where they are cheap as chips. E come be for naija where a crate is over 6k... are the shops making 6k on the whole batch they sold that day? You people don't pity yourselves, you want the small business man to kill himself to please you. Again I ask, what should the stores have done? Throw it away?

I quickly boiled 2 eggs from it. And found out the york was not at the center of the eggs. As it was just off to the shell and I did research online

Below

The egg has lost it flavored and not having that fresh smell from a fresh egg that was cooked.

I ate the two cooked egg. Although not completely bad but no longer fresh.

What will i do with this eggs?

What even shocked me is that the price of the egg is at a rate of 300. Maybe because of the packaging

RomanceRe: My Friend Won’t Talk To Me Because I Show Interest In Her Ex by XAUBulls: 7:55pm On Aug 11, 2025
Jeweltz:
I introduced this guy to her in 2022. A year after he travelled to Canada 🇨🇦 on an express entry visa. I had interest in him before I introduced him to my friend tho I never told him the because he always talk about how he loves women with big ass, big this big that..so I knew I didn’t have a chance there. We were just cool and since he didn’t signify any interest in me, I play low.

So when he met my friend, she started doing too much around him, ask me if he can collect his number since I told her we were not dating, I said yes even when I didn’t like the idea.

Now they already broke up since he was in Canada and he stopped talking to her. She also told me how he’s very arrogant and all this all that.

So, now me and the guy were trying to rekindle our lost connection and I made it known to him that I actually have interest in him. He was okay with this. And it’s something I’ll be willing to explore if he came to Nigeria later this year.

My friend saw his message on my phone the other day when she was checking stuffs on my phone. He curiosity got the worst of her and she read through our iMessage chats. Since then she’s been refusing to talk to me. She talked to our other friends and no one listen to my side or the story.

You didn’t even know this guy, I do.

As a matter of fact auto makers who make cars called off-roads are not stupid.
They know they have roads like this.
They didn't make those cars for Africa
Very well said. Country roads like this one in the screenshots and video exist in the United States. Some parts of paved roads are even falling apart in some cities or states but they try to patch some of them up. Funding from taxed citizens is key for urban regeneration. Even the poorest of White people live in the Appalachian region of the United States, so, the perception that everyone among the White folks is rich isn't correct as well.

Ebeano49:
Misplaced priority. The Yoruba intelligentsia should also commission a research to investigate and counter the alleged misrepresentation. The public should be exposed to both schools of thought and make up their minds accordingly.

This sudden rush of blood to the brain, and heating up of the polity, is not necessary.

Boriowo Folasade reacting to a petition from Otunba Abayomi Odunowo against Eze and Chinedu Ochinanwata has ethnic bias written all over it. The federal government should not be involved in this.
STOP typing with ABSOLUTE puerile ignorance there. What commissioning of research are you talking about when the angry Ugbo people led by the Olugbo of Ugbo Kingdom, HRM Oba Obateru and his Palace already WARNED your Ibo kinsmen as far back as 2004 to DESIST from referring to the Ugbos who who are Yorubas and originally occupied Ufe (Ife) as Ibos of the east of river Niger? There's absolutely NO research OR investigations to do here. It simply shows that you are NOT current with past historical events or are just impulsive WITHOUT paying attention to little details. This is exactly how you embarrassingly started typing with tribal bigotry on an open discussion forum and throwing insults today at Yoruba folks and FALSELY accusing Yorubas of favoritism on that National Awards thread post on NL WITHOUT bothering to even do your due diligence and get to see the FULL pan-Nigerian list of those honored today for their fight for the sustainance of the Nigerian democracy back in the early 1990s till 1999 when full democracy was restored.

The Yoruba intelligentsia you are typing about including HRM Oba Obateru (OBAT) the Ulugbo of Ugbo's palace in the oil and gas-rich Ugbo Kingdom of Ondo State issued series of press releases and warnings to you Ibos back in 2004 and even years later to desist from FALSELY claiming that the Ugbos of Ufe (Ife) are Ibos. The Ugbos who were in Ife as earlier dynasties long before the arrival of Oduduwa from his Yoruba hilly community of Oke Ora (Oke is hill while Ora is a Yoruba deity) had to leave Ife at last after Ifa was consulted and that is how the ancestors of the current Olugbo of Ugbo got to the present Ondo State centuries back. Oduduwa's arrival in Ife marked the start of the 3rd Dynasty in Ufe (Ife).

Ugbo is NOT the same as the tribe east of river Niger BUT some notorious Ibos persisted in spreading that insidious disinformation due to the prevalence of the Internet and social media using the platform of paid ipob troll farms and some irresponsible bloggers of South East origin.

The ONLY ethnic group Yorubas have mixed bloodlines with in that Kogi, Enugu and Anambra States land bridge area are the Igalas because the late Attah of Igala Michael Ameh Oboni in a 2017 interview affirmed that Igala came into existence through the fusion of a migrant group from Wukari who mixed with a significant number of Yorubas and Edo people around river Niger to the Idah area and this is why Igala is classified as a Yoruboid language because of the many Yoruba-derived words such as Ewa (Egwa in Igala), Ogede (Ogede in Igala), Ogun (medicine or Ogwu in Igala), Ogun (war or Ogwu in Igala), Egungun (masquerade or Egwugwu in Igala), Akuko (Aiko or Akukor in Igala), etc, in it due to the Yoruba ancestral linkages of over 600 to 700 years ago. Period.

STOP typing nonsense all over NL! A VERY childish and highly irritating behavior.

What Adams Oshiomole jocularly said towards the end of that video was NOT an encouragement of corruption but he was laying emphasis on the name Edo name "Iruobe" which means "I don't do bad." It's OBVIOUSLY CLEAR that Adams Oshiomole is one person who does NOT encourage corruption as an astute labor leader even though he is in politics like other labor union leaders from around the world. Period.

How you narcissistic and neurotic posters here on NL go about defaming people and putting negative labels on them simply because you don't like them or their political parties due to tribalism is confounding BUT NOT totally surprising at the same time.

Get a grip of your life and find something BETTER to do with it instead of always posting narcissistic comments here on NL.
