D bail conditions were presented 2 him.he read them and he understood them. he took advice from his legal team.he talked about it with his family and friends and he eventually accepted them. now no matter how u choose to c d bail conditions, draconian, undemocratic, infringement on kanus rights, d point is he accepted them not under duress but as a consenting adult.he wasn't forced.and d reason d govt offered him these bail conditions was cos he said he was sick.there are several freedom fighters dead and alive who were given these kind of restrictive bail conditions but they turned them cos of what u are complaining about.they rather stayed in captivity than accept half freedom. Dasuki for instance refused to go 4 his fathers burial cos he said he would rather stay in captivity than go 4 his fathers burial as a prisoner. But KANU was so eager 4 freedom. KANU was released on bail and certain conditions were attached to d bail. KANU agreed 2 those conditions. he should have kept his own side of d bargain. Its obviously wrong what he did. Should d arewa youths b arrested 4 their hate chants? Definitely yes. But their arrest isnt part of kanus bail conditions
