In your employment letter, their is a clause which state that you can be disengaged anytime. I believe you agreed to the terms and conditions of employment by assenting and writing a letter of acceptance; in bitter truth, this is it.
Most importantly, God want to lift you up, as such He has to create situation that will bring you out of this Bank so that you can be blessed with a more befitting lucrative Job.
