If it decides to share that as a region it can comfortably give ₦2.5billion to Cross River, Edo, Delta, Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom and still be ok

Mind you this ₦2billion is the same one the king of the north kano with its huge population could manage let alone less populated states

In the West Lagos can comfortably give times 2 of that amount to Osun, Oyo, Ekiti, Ondo and i have not added Ogun that is reliable on its own and can help
