my thought exactly I tried galaxy s3 charger and it was marginally faster. so I guessed the 1000mA on the techno charger is not really up to that and a charger with better charging current will do better. |
lordZOUGA: you believe this? you understimate the power of a bigger RAM and graphics card. from the reviews, it seems to have a faster internet connectivity than the n7.with more pixels to render the improved graphics card won't matter but the better screen does. both phones are good but on a scale of percentage I will say the F7 is 30% better |
Dessydanointed: PLEASE I NEED HELP.check the F7 thread |

bought this phone 3 days ago in Ibadan and it's. been wonderful can't seem to put it down. First the design is very good it looks and feels slick and the Techno name located at the back is a plus for now. I have pushed the battery to it's limit so I can say the performance is consistent with it's large gorgeous screen(the highlight) and battery capacity (2100mAh) it's not horrible I have played internet radio for hours non stop while downloading music and playing a game and did not experience any slow down or out of memory message . The camera is very OK too I would know because I like taking nature pictures truth I haven't been excited bout any phone since my N73 back in the symbian days . If you are thinking of getting the phone don't hesitate it's a compelling bargain |
voicejlove: pls do any of u knw any cheap gaming pc that can play pes13 and fifa13 easily (i mean not too expensive laptops new once not used) pls givs all specs and priceOn the cheap side try any pc with amd fusion APU especially A6 and A8 series |
benchmarks this benchmark that real world usage is the most important thing, while i know 1GB is better than 512MB and that the msm 8225 in the N7 is slower than the exynos parts in the samsungs, what matters is that while handling the phone it performce very good the interface is smooth and every app works smoothly, what else do you need from a android phone. The ram is small...... you can always do something about that cause android is most satisfying when you tinker with it be it on samsung, tecno or any other brand for that matter. |
where do you guys get the recent pc games? am in the process of upgrading my desktop but thinking of going toward a console as its hard for me to get the games i want to play these days. |
not quite a beast, i think for that price you can do better say; a 660m with GDDR5 gaming is more dependent on the GPU than the CPU. A strong CPU like the core i7 paired with a relatively low tier 635m makes for a very unbalanced gaming system especially if the screen is at 1080p |
it doesn't hurt to av a spare sim slot |
Frostyzone: Nvidia Geforce 7900GTX.Sir, A lot of people mix this up 1, A graphics processor is not a software its hardware like say your harddisk 2, if you say you see improvement from installing any software its probably the driver for a GPU that's already in your system but wasn't functioning due to no drivers. 3, Geforce 7900gtx is a desktop class GPU its power consumption is around 150 Watts, you cannot put that in any laptop it will explode or melt and then you will have a powerpack like that of the original xbox 360, 4,To get what GPU you have on your sytem use a software called GPUZ. peace |
Am nt sure but the clock speed of the N7's processor could be one of the major reasons for the "poor" battery performance, cortex A5 processors like the one in the qualcomm chipset in the N7 are optimized for low power consumption up to 1GHz and the N7 is overclocked to 1.2. just speculating "using dx battery saver with root access to bring the speed down to 1.0GHz could really improve the battery life" P.S i have taken my N3 with single processor for that matter to 600MHz without noticeable drop in performance |
