Now for engine, the bmw m20 isnt that powerful in stock form.

Options are to build a powerful Naturally aspirated m20 or go forced induction. But from my experience working on BMW engines, m20 parts are very scarce tbh.

Another option will be an m30 big 6. Its a 3.0 - 3.5L engine option. A straight swap for an e30 and will provide enough torque too. Not bad. But same thing parts are scarce.
For a long time i never even hard any of those engines in stock. So i knew from the get go i would need something else

That is 3.55v it will definitely get the cells to 100% easily and fast. If you do 3.4v then maybe it won't make the 100% capacity fast enough before the sunlight goes off. A less than 3.4v is what will sure ensure below 100% capacity capacity for Lifepo4. Max I do on my cells is 55v(3.43 per cell) yet it still makes 100% charge most time but I don't want to do less because I need to take advantage of the short sun hours as well

This is a pretty looking install - I would deal with the dangling comms cable on the left (route through conduit) and also keep the two battery flex/trunk pipes together right until they touch the battery case and veer off to left and right.

From the technical side, I see you have wired the batteries up as the manual said - though a BMS and balancer are in the mix, the laws of physics cannot be defeated - to this end consider using a busbar or taking the negative or positive connection to the inverter from the second battery - in simple terms let the inverter positive cable connect to one battery and the negative cable to the other battery just as you would do for lead acid.

What size of Felicity batteries are those? The shape and form factor look different than I have seen.

The euro headlight is a popular swap it arguably looks better. It performs better and won't fade overtime
