Thanks my people for the responses. After several hours in that position, a long press of the power button (several minutes) various options came up and my people, the phone rebooted. So I didn't have to go to carlcare. Thanks a lot.

Difference between LTE and VOLTE is?

LTE is long term Evolution network a network above 4G. While VOLTE is Voice over Data.... You can make calls using data and also make calls on 4G only

Infinix S3 Infinity Device

Infinix S3 was unveiled a couple of weeks back and we’ve unboxed it since. Although most of what was expected was already seen in leaks and rumors, the device still leaves a good first impression as Infinix Mobility follows the familiar slick design of its S2 predecessor but they did marvel us with some new features, design and specifications.

Ininix S3 looks like the S2 , but there are still a few changes here and there. There has been a tiny bump in design (especially in the camera, performance and audio ) and it’s all summarized below:

Display: 5’7-inch HD
RAM: 3GB RAM
Internal Storage: 32GB ROM (expandable with microSD of up to 128GB)
Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 430
OS: Android 8 .0 Oreo + XOS 3.0 UI
Camera: (Front), 20-mp (Rear) 13mp
SIM: Dual (Hybrid)
Battery: 4000mAh
4G LTE + VoLTE Support: Yes

Along with the smartphone, these are other devices in the box:

1 ejector pin
1 USB cable
1 power adapter
1 User guide
1 pair of earphones
1 protective film
1 Jelly Cover

Form factor, display and first impressions

Taking the phone out of the box, the first thing that draws your attention is the Dual flash light camera setup on the left side of the speaker.

Apart from the regular lock features on a standard smartphone; patterns, passwords and PIN codes, the Infinix S3 also has fingerprint scanner and face Unlock. Face identification has not always been a thing with Infinix phones, and it works well for a first time feature.

The face Unlock also gives an option of turning flashlight on to unlock in darkness

When the battery on the Infinix S3 goes below 5%, flashlight does not come on. This means only finger print can work when battery is below 5% .

Music and general media audio
The speaker grilles on the bottom part of the Infinix S3 are its auditory output.

Storage and Performance

A combination of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 and 3GB of RAM ensures smoother operations. From this assigned 3GB, system apps have used up more than 1GB so there is only 1.5GB or thereabouts left to performance, but still, the S3 rarely froze.

Battery on the Infinix S3 is 4,000 mAh and juiced up by quick charge technology. This number is a big 1,000 mAh jump from the S2 and S2 Pro.
