Go to settings>under Gesture& smart motion you will see Xpen , activate the function ....and allow the pen to charge for 20-30 secs

Yes. I have done system update like a month ago and it's still working not until this past Sunday that it didn't work again.

You are absolutely right, but we are talking about best value for money here, Xiaomi is far better! What is most important is the satisfaction we the end consumers derive, no need to pretend about it, the Xiaomi is just unbeatable even with virtually every spare part available. What do I stand to benefit if I get an Infinix? Is it better performance, better build, better camera experience, better longevity, better support, better screen, better battery endurance, better sound output from both external speakers and earphone, better software, better stability, or cheaper price? Let me conclude with this, I saw your post about fixing the screen of the Infinix note 4 with over 18k, well, that will get me two replacement screens for the Xiaomi Redmi note 4x, pay for workmanship twice, and still be left with little change for recharge card. This is not a matter of debate, let anyone get what he likes for whatever reason, but trying to compare both brands is just not worth the stress, the Infinix is DOA.

Compared to infinix, Tecno and Gionee which I have used, ever since getting a Xiaomi note 4, I have seen the light.
Been using this phone since May and never for once have I had any issue with it.

It's your phone like someone said, if u are content with just about any phone, then settle for infinix, but if you want a smart phone that contends with the likes of Samsung, the Xiaomi is your best bet, add small change and get the Xiaomi note 4, you won't regret it

First, you have never handled the Xiaomi redmi note 4x, hence the wrong or deliberate claim that the Infinix note 4 is more beautiful, sturdy and all. This is one of the most biased comments I have recently seen . When you have finally handled the Xiaomi Redmi note 4x, come back and comment. To make it straight, the Redmi note 4x is better in every department including battery than the Infinix note 4, let me stop here. Are your parts free? Infinix repairs for free Mr.


Lastly, you can easily get any part of the Xaiomi Redmi note 4x than any Infinix phone, also send the link of the thread you claimed someone was complaining of not being able to get parts for his Redmi note 4x.

I purchased the phone in akure but when I contacted their sales representative here in akure, they took the phone to their service center in lagos and it was returned a week after. I'm not sure if they have a service center here in akure.

Why is it that other chargers don't charge infinix fones? Why is it always impossible to replace follow - come chargers when they get spoilt?

1. Flash charging doesn't work as it used to when I got it newly. It only flash charges for about 5-10 minutes in the total charging time and most times doesn't come on at all.
2. I can't believe a 3gb RAM phone can still hang considering I don't have any heavy app or game on it. I have less than 15 installed apps of which most are in the freezer app. I clear and restart my phone every now and then which I never did before.

Thanks a Lot for the suggestion. I wanna Ask Please. If i do run the Backup and Restore app on the Hot 4 Pro, does the Infinix Note 4 have a similar app to restore the backup without issue? The Hot 4 Pro is a Marshmallow phone while the Note 4 runs Nougat? Any thing to note or be extra-cautious about?

I'm just tired of infinix product.i have once return it to their care centre when I unbox the phone and I detected the mouthpiece wasn't working now it's the charging point. I tried charging it this evening and lucky it charged. Just tired of this phone.

hi, my infinix hot S playstore download freezes mid-download. Ill have to off and on my data connection for it to progress a bit then freeze again and over and over. Its frustrating. What do you think caused it and how can it be remedied. Mind you. data and network settings are okay. I download well on all other app except playstore
