The phone started acting up days back, taking forever to charge till it finally stopped adding %tage and battery drain faster now.

This will be my last Infinix product though.

Pls someone should help me... My infinix note 3 just started misbehaving this morning... People are calling me n it's actually ringing bt I can't see where to pick the call... It's not showing the normal screen to either pick the call or to reject bt it's ringing... Pls what am I to do?

I recently upgraded my infinix zero 3 from lollipop to marshmallow and since then i can't save files to SD CARD, is it possible to downgrade back to OS 5 as this is driving me insane, cos i always get the no space notification all the time. I await ur response

I regretted upgrading my infinix hot 4 from marshmallow to nougat version 7.0 how can I downgrade it please to 6.0 marshmallow I need my version back please tech expert help me out God bless you if you can help me, please don't ignore me or laugh Me

my cousin's note 3 has this same problem..
The battery ran down completely and could'nt charge.
have u been able to fix yours?

please I want to update my infinix note 3 to android 7 "Nougat" please can update it using Glo Nigeria weekend and Night plan of #500 for 3GB,cos I have to update it using airtel monthly plan but downloading the update which is about 1.5GB refuses to start. And if I want to do the update what amount of space should be left in phone memory.

Recently there was an os upgrade that was released for hot 4 pro.... But to my surprise, I've not seen anything like like that on my phone but other hot4pro users on Infinix club have started sharing their experiences about android 7.... Already checked my system update, says I'm in the latest version... What do I do to get my own ota upgrade?

am using the one that came along with the phone, and although when i connect it to my system it will detect it (regular sound of laptop when something is connected through usb ) i even charge someone phone with my charge it work perfectly,and i have even charge it for 12 hours no avail

my infinix zero 4 plus is not booting i fact it is completely dead, it only started last week when i was using my phone,the battery went low and after sometime the phone went off and immediately connect it to the main and i switch it on immediately, use it for sometime then i switch it off myself,but what surprise me i that i haven't been able to use it ever since then,not charging and also not booting
