Hi guru, am using infinix note 7lite and few months ago I discovered that whenever am making calls the screen went dark and can't see the numbers and calling untill the calls end it will return the screen light,
Please where in settings can I go to coz have check all necessary settings but all was avail and I don't want to reset my phone.

I got an infinix hot 5 for my aunt sometime last year and this morning she called me to complain that the phone screen is flickering/shaking.
It didn't fall on the floor or anything, she said she was on Whatsapp and the thing started shaking.
I have asked her son to hard reboot for her but nothing seems to be working.
Please any suggestions will be appreciated, thanks.

Someone please help me. I bought a second hand hot6x, it developed a fault not quite long. No matter how charged is the phone, after an hour or two hours, the phone would go off and not on again until I charge it and the touch hangs sometimes as well. Please what could have been the issues??

Hi, please I need help.i upgraded my infinix note 5 to android 10 and I upgraded it with a WiFi from another phone and since then I can't make and receive WhatsApp calls,if I attempt calling it will ring but if they pick the call it will go of and show unavailable, have uninstalled and installed it back but the issue is still same.please someone should help me thanks.

My infinix hot 5 after upgrading the software this morning, the following features stopped to work:
1. Multi-task botton
2. Home button
3. Notifications slide
4. Font type
5. Split screen
6. Minimizing of different apps
7. Call Vibration
8. And as many I get to noticed.
Only the back � button is the only one functional for now.

Plz I need help. If possible how can I delete the updated software and get the former software.
Plz the way out.
