People's Democratic Party (PDP), Chief
Chris Uba, has warned INEC not to declare
any candidate of his party winner in the
state and National Assembly elections,
Vanguard reports.
Uba has reasoned that all Anambra State
candidates have pending cases at the
Supreme and Federal High Courts and can
therefore not be officially declared
winners without the determination of the
pending cases.
