The worst thing happened to me is that this bitch used to be my friend .. We are both working here in abroad..She's a nurse & her father had a stroke & she needs a big amount of money so she can go bacl home and see her father... She asked me if she can lend 2k Singapore dollars.. Coz she's my friend & i trust her so i let her borrow without a doubt..

After a month, i asked her about the money..She started having some alibi..she told me if it's OK if she'll pay me by installment, so i said yes..week passed, i never heard from her, she doesn't pick my calls, she don't call me back either..

1 month passed, i went to the hospital to talk to her..Only to find out she resigned fron her job and went away with her Indian bf...

SMH...some ppol are juz so heartless when it comes to money. But KARMA is a bitch.. At least i already contributed in advance for her funeral...

Personally, when it is slight, I write poems about how I feel and it's like I tranfer my moodiness to the paper.
Tell your friend to embrace his/her hobbies and use them to distract himself/herself.
I also watch movie, hardcore comedy.
Ask your friend not to listen to slow songs. I listen to Nicki Minaj and rap along. There's this weird positive vibe her songs give me.
Hanging out with friends can help, although I have no physical friends, only online friends (who I may never meet). People who are depressed tend not to want to leave the house. But once they do, they'll love and appreciate it. Just getting them to leave the house, which to them, is the most comfortable place ever, is the major challenge.


When the depression is intense, I lock myself indoors and I don't talk to a single person; until it passes.
