A lecturer just inform us now that the strike will be optional as powerhouses like UNN, ABU, UI, UNILAG etc are still polarized on the issue

There is this rumour going on here that ASUU will embark on another nationwide strike as from June 17, 2013 to press home some of their outstanding demands from the previous industrial action.
