firstly i practice agriculture which i fill in my ds form the last time i apply and deny, but right now i have addional job which is importing of cars .i have the company that ship the cars for me .

(1)My question is this ,Do i need to fill in my ds form do i know any one in the USA ? please how do i go about it ...?

(2) The space that require where i work ..i have 2 company registered one for the agriculture and the second one is for importation of cars .is it possible to include 2 company where require the place of work and i can explain my duty on the column where duty require ...

1. You can as long as you can answer the question of your relationship with them and how they got to usa

2. You might not necessarily fill all your portfolio on the ds160 form. That is the purpose of the interview. You can always clarify further during the interview. You just have to be forthright

I applied in January and my appointment date was Feb 14 ( Val's Day ) come see people as dem wear red clothes and touch of red .. i laugh no be small as red was just flashing all through the streets of the embassy.. back to the matter .

Being my first time i am applying since having my passport, i taught to apply for visit so i can meet up with some of my friends and at least have a visa on my passport.

Mehn i was weak like seriously what did i do wrong and how can i make it right for the next time..

Fortunately i went back to work one month down the line i got a letter that i have being selected as part of the team going to washington DC for a Global executive training .

Now i need to reapply which i have done so today and i got my appointment date for June 5 ..

Please ladies and gentlemen i need to right the wrong this time since i am going for a different thing this time around..

What do i need tor take note off during this process , i have 2 months & 14days ..

Hello guys, please advise. I initially booked a group appointment to appear at the embassy with my fiancee. However, on a second thought, I cancelled the appointment because I felt it may be difficult proving our relationship to the VO which could result to a visa denial.

To my question, can we schedule an individual appointment without the cancelled appointment counting against us? I feel we are better assessed on individual merits

An appointment with a fiancee is not a group appointment however once you cancel an appointment it can't count against you as the information will be deleted as long as you haven't been interviewed before.

I reckon that you need to be careful with future applications because you have someone who naturalized using a student visa.

You better take a rain check on your travel plans.
If your uncle is sponsoring you then there is no guarantee for getting a visa.
I will advise you to finish with your studies and get a good job before you apply for a visa. Give yourself a better timeline

But then, I wish you will let your wife and kids apply without you in the picture first, let them go and come before you apply too. Or go on family vacation elsewhere first. This is not to spite you but if u applied for a student visa and was denied then it would have been more apt as a genuine student applicant to reapply rather than changing to b1 b2

The visa officers meet with scores of people ever day and they have their own reservations so when u get a chance to be interviewed you should more detailed about your intension. Your reason for going to the hospital should have been more elucidated

Last year April was my first time to apply for US B2 Visa, but I was denied. My brother lives there married to a white and have kids.

Stamp won't solve your problem. How did your brother get there?
