Dont u think a collision of numerous thoughts n nids will occur cuz direct respresentation of local government in d parliament will be much due to large numbers of LGAs?

And why nt use provinces for states and county for LGAs? Every provinces will exerise concurent functions with a unicameral legislature and counties residual functions while the central government does both concurrent n exclusive function maintains a unicarmeral legislature. Every province will own 60 percent of her resource thereby foostering fast development and reducing dependancy on d central government just like states in the USA. Xo this will make our state have an outlook of a federal system of government but still mantains a unitaty system.....
