He changed from the the Fierce and intolerant God of the old testament to the loving God of New testament.

what I put in for was nursing, a friend of mine scored 243 and wanted to study medicine but was later given biology education. Some1 who scored 190+ was even admitted for pharmacy. So what are u saying?

You guys should start praying hard o, last year I was also an aspirant putting in for nursing science but was admitted for physics education, two of my friends putting in for medicine and surgery but got admitted for special education and biology education with a good jamb score. just saying my own o but wishing you all the best

I had seen several updates from students recently in line with the
reopened caps profile for students. The sad part is, many are
seizing moments to say all sort as against what CAPS represents.
Let me treat the first on the list. Propose, Recommend and
Approve.
Admission Officer *Proposes* students based on the program cut
off.
Head of higher institution *Recommends* after reviewing the
proposal by the Admission Officer, Jamb Desk Officer *Approves*
the recommended student having looked into it thoroughly. As
against the information disseminated by some, you are not open
to everyone once you see recommend. This is still limited to your
University of choice. You only become open to other higher
institution when the portal gives you an option to Accept or
Reject. The moment you reject/decline, you automatically move
to the Market place. To those clicking on Accept, I will say you
shouldn't bother yourself much. The portal is still being worked
upon (As we chat). It does not affect in anyway yet. To those that
saw *Not Admitted*, there are two things involved. It is either you
are not up to the cut off mark required for your said program or
the admission officer of your school is yet to propose you.
Meanwhile, if you see students in your category being proposed
already, then you may have to seek other options. The portal will
be fully ready soon and my advice is, be guided. ...........

Bro you seem to know something about it, so please I have a question that requires your immediate attention. I clicked on ACCEPT the moment I saw course offered. I didn't know about all this rule of recommended, Approved ,Not admitted. The worst part is I can't recall what the admission status stated before I clicked on accept.

7. But if by then it still shows 'NOT ADMITTED', then you will surely be placed in the CAPS MARKET PLACE i.e waiting for schools that couldn’t meet up with their Admission Quota to admit you on request.

This policy will not pass, why? Nigerian universities will have to grade every single candidate using different parameters (some are using post utme while others are using waec and neco to grade) plus the whole process is too cumbersome, the former process takes a long time imagine how long this method will take?
Plus this policy doesn't exactly stop the corruption, take for example, the fact that the cut off point of a university is 70 will NOT stop someone with 71 getting admission before someone with 80.
