Number 1: @Yakinson, you are asking for help but you don't want to help others. As I was reading this thread, I noticed that Mr. Swagger asked u to tell him the name of the school that gave you Scholarship but you ignored the question and refused to answer.

Most people just come here to ask for help but refuse to help others.. What a shame!

Well I can't blame you coz I don't blmae ignorant peeps . The reason I could not answer that question is that I believe majority of universities in the US offer scholarships or kind of assistanship to international so I expect that guy to be primitive about that . Most school have all of the information a prospective student could need for admission or scholaships on their website to plan out urself Or u just wan travel with no ambition on schooling .got mine from EMU Va

moderattor: There are you go again, someone who wants to study embedded systems and algorithms should go and study that.
Don't mix that with the entire computer science courses. Someone who wants to study operating systems should concentrate and major on that.
That way we would produce geniuses in short time.
But mixing all these courses will produces all the computer novice graduates we have today.
People who did Java in school but still come out to look for extra training on Java.

All Mark Zuckerberg knows is PHP
All Bill gates knows is C and C++
Not all those mixture contablated contraption of conjucted embedable jargon.
Confusing the lecturer and the students.

The disciplines should be more targeted and the time spent in school slashed into two.
Surgeons should master the art of surgery and leave dentistry to dentists.

The computer science department should be generalised and computer disciplines targetted.
For instance, graphic design should be a complete department on its own. Dont mix it with computer science and engineering.
Programming with Java should be a complete course on its own.
Computer is an age not a department.


Lastly If you knew who i truly am, you would be sorry for mentioning my IQ.

deevick246: You need to first receive your admission packet from the university which will include your i-20 document. On the I-20 form you will get to see your student sevis fees number and your school code which you will use in paying the sevis fee of $200. Afterwards you go ahead to pay the visa application fee of #26,400 at Gtbank. Thereafter you will be able to book for your student visa interview/appointment.

deevick246: The university want you to send $8,000 before they issue your i-20 document to you? This is weird, bearing in mind that you once sound as if you have everything sorted out and you already booked for june or july for your visa interview.... Please correct me if I am mistaking you for someone else.

My visa was denied again today, I am down cast at the moment I'll write what transpired later. I need to relax, be back online later at night.

free R1: Fall hopefuls in the house, interview is getting close (June and July), we all should post possible questions, answers and documents needed for a smooth interview. As for the I-20, I got mine in 3weeks vai regular post though my school gave an option of getting it vai courier.

I was interviewed at the Lagos Consulate, can't wait to read your Testimony in June.

(1). Make sure you do a Standardized Test( SATS, GRE, GMAT, TOEFL), because my Interviewer asked some Guys this but the didn't do it.
(2). Be able to Explain why you want to do a certain Major.
(3). Be ready to explain coherently how you found out about your School.

tuition.Before the end of my first semester i was in a relationship with a sweet and educated lady and some few weeks before the end of my second semester we were

married.When the spring semester for 2012 started in January of this year, i couldn't register because i owe the school so i called them and told them i was married

and have filed for adjustment of status based on my marriage to a USC.I FILED IN FEBRUARY AND I HAVE MY GREEN CARD NOW.I will be going back to school in fall and

sallie mae already approved my application for student loan.So if your friend lacks fund which is understandable, what she should do is to get married to a USC and file for adjustment of status or else she will receive a Notification To Appear before an immigration judge from ICE!!!!!.I quite understand how your friend feels at the moment coz have been in that situation.
