I wonder how convenient that A court of law in Nigeria will allow a Judge to set aside its own rules and Assume a Jurisdiction of another matter Just to waste Time and resourses deliberately thereby becoming a Pawn in the hands of Highest Bidders

A case of Lamidi Apapa Using a High Court Judge who has assumed A jurisdiction of another case in error before, until supreme court annuled it, same High court judge did not learn from his error an still went ahead to asume such in Apapa versus Abure, and you will see that Nigeria Judiciary are looking like they are without standards but just opportunists

When I see the breakdown of law and order in the East, i realised in my opinion that that these youths have lacked trust in the judiciary....Judiciary is said to be the Last hope of a common man..Seun kuti Experience of slapping a police officer, and he voluntarily surrendered, based on that incident, a court of law deviated from the original crime, which is the res of the matter and grant a two days investigation, after that they rush him back through the back door to obtain a 4 days investigation permission leaving the original crime (law has a process of informing both parties before granting a new application, seun Lawyers were said not to be informed, and the learned Judge Granted another 4 days permission to detain him, and for 4 days now we heard that seun was not allowed to sleep) In Another Twist we saw an okada man same week That was Aledgedly wounded by a policeman and the police is yet to be arraigned and remanded publicly..


Conclusion Here is that Judiciary should stand for Justice, and they should keep tp standard....any erring Judge should be Reprimand Immidiately and not allowed to cause a lasting Damage, Lets save Our Youths and Country

Buhari does not like Tinubu but for some very selfish and wicked reasons, he prefers him than Obi. Buhari is avoiding Obi, not necessarily because he is a Christian or Igbo man but simply because of who he is. Obi is not just incorruptible, but also prudent, accountable, responsible and competent. These qualities are things Buhari lacks completely.

Should Obi succeed him, his incompetence and maladministration will become very obvious especially when juxtaposed against Obi's government that is very likely going to be competent and accountable. Buhari will become more vilified and posterity will further judge him terribly. So, he prefers someone like Tinubu who is likely going to be like him at best or even worse. Remember what Garba shehu said that Nigerians will look back and appreciate Buhari. Someone like Obi would never be as bad as Buhari talk more of being worse for Nigerians to look back and appreciate Buhari years. But Tinubu certainly fits their plan.

Secondly, Obi will be more likely to probe Buhari's administration. At least, how trillions of borrowed money were embezzled will be exposed. Unlike Tinubu who is part of Buhari's administration and most of the people that is going to work for him already featured in Buhari's government. So, it would just be a continuation of Buhari's government under a different president.

Already, Tinubu is indebted to lots of corrupt politicians who he would have to compensate either through appointments or contracts. On the other hand, Obi does not have such baggage. It is Nigerian masses that would be entitled in his government and Obi would have no option than to perform creditably or lose their support...
