Let's discuss the difference between real estate vs stocks!
-In real estate you have tax benefits, it's an effective inflation hedge, you can also have a higher rate of return and it's tangible. -On the other hand, you have stocks, highly liquid, you can also have less work, it's also lower transaction costs, and it's easier to diversify.
Which one do you prefer? You don't need to choose one and don't invest in the other Share you experience
Truth be told and may be no one else will tell you - I do not know exactly what happens next in market (actually no one knows) however you should better keep in mind what i am about to write:
Market will remain bullish for next days or may be weeks, however if past repeats itself, altcoin bull market ended when $BTC dominance hit 36% levels - It is at 46.50% levels right now and dropping fast because majors like #ETH and #LTC are pumping (aah and also shitcoin like $DOGE is pumping)
Hence, as soon as we approach 40-41% levels, we should start taking huge profits imo and stay cautious! Learn lessons from past and do not be a bag holder!
Only thing that can last this altcoin bull run stronger is #BTC pumping along with #Altcoin hence giving more room for alts to pump (dominance in that case would remain stable)!
Just stay cautious as i keep telling you - take profits off the table and do not mind if the coin you sold goes up! At the end of the day, whatever you have in hand (realised profit) is actually your money!
Like last time, many people will remain hanging and will regret not realizing profits - Do not be that person!
By the way, i am not ruling out larger shake-out on $BTC - i am just taking a cue from last bull market and last time 21Weekly MA was revisited several times - This time, none - hence i expect it to repeat - and 21WMA is around 46100$ today

iLegendd: If you have a laptop, clap for yourself. Do you know why? What I'm about to show you will make you a millionaire as long as you have $200. No, you won't give me the money, you'll invest it on a coin with what I'm about to show you.
5 Requirements to Benefit From It
1. A computer 2. Watch that 13 minutes video I posted earlier 3. $200 4. Internet 5. CoinCodex.com site
Even if you don't have $200, make sure you have a computer. If you don't have a computer, borrow from someone. If you can't borrow, then go to bed. No be by force to invest in Cry.pto.
Rewatch the video below. What I'll teach is how to set the CoinCodex site to sort coins by the ones that have lost the most when you compare the current price to its ATH.
In the video, he talked about coins that have lost -40% and above with a good uptrend structure.
I'll show you how to capture all of them based on the sector they belong like DeFi, Exchange Tokens, Privacy Coins, Proof-of-Work, Proof-of-Stake, Tokenized Sto.cks, Yield Farming, BSC, and NFTs, and pick one that will turn your $200 (more or less) to at least, 1 million Naira before the bull market ends.
Before you can benefit from this upcoming lecture, watch the video and keep your PC ready.
I have been looking for ways to safeguard my savings and even make profits since the banks are not really helping matters with incessant deductions. I stumbled upon an app called Bamboo.
With the cash I've got at hand-80k ,I don't have ideas about buying profitable stocks that may eventually boom as time goes by.

An exchange-traded fund is a type of investment fund and exchange-traded product, i.e. they are traded on stock exchanges. ETFs are similar in many ways to mutual funds, except that ETFs are bought and sold throughout the day on stock exchanges while mutual funds are bought and sold based on their price at day's end. afroxyz: Abeg leave all these people. They all know someone who has done it but havent done it themselves. Some are giving scenarios saying the wife's income would supplement, and even draw budget on monthly expenses as if those factors are cast in stone. That is how the richest woman in Africa would be going around churches giving motivational speech on how God opened her way and gave her oil wells, meanwhile those with their ears to the ground know how far.
