Jimasun: He is not better. He is just a lousy and uninformed person like you. The retirees are paid as they are leaving. Go and read the article again or get in touch with Lagos pensioners. Lagos is not your usual Abia state where pensioners are owed for years My Aunt retired since 2017 one Kobo has not been paid, be constructive in your criticism, give knocks and kudos when they are not doing well and performing. In this regards, they have not done well with pensioners but ex-gov are paid with immediate alacrity. |

In some cases some die before they even received this monies and if you see the hell they make their beneficiaries go through just to access this money, more often than not they forgo the money. |

PeaceIlya: 5 Tips To Pick the Best P2P Offer
Binance P2P is a peer-to-peer marketplace that allows you to buy or sell crypto directly from another trader just like you; worldwide at ZERO fees. Here are 5 things to look out for to get the best deal possible.
Limits: The maximum and minimum amount that you can buy/ sell. You need to look for offers that are in your price range. Eg. if you want to buy 200 dollars of crypto you need to take an offer whose minimum limit is equal to or higher than 200.
Price: Binance P2P traders themselves set the buy/sell price of buy/sell. There’s no order book that controls the price and the spread can be very wide, choose the one that suits you best.
Orders: Check the number of transactions completed by the trader, choose offers from traders with a high number of transactions. They are usually veterans in P2P trading and provide a seamless trading experience.
Completion rate: Check the percentage of transactions that the trader has started and completed successfully. We recommend you to trade with users with an 80% completion rate or higher. The higher, the better.
Yellow badge: Try to trade with traders with a yellow badge that confirms that they are verified merchants, experienced in peer-to-peer trading. If you are new to P2P trading, we recommend you to trade with them.

3. Plan your trades. Trade a plan. Stick to it!
4. Don't believe your $1k portfolio will yield 100% overnight. OYO will end your case.
A word is enough for the. Ire o!! Gentle reminder |

PeaceIlya: Generally (with a couple of exceptions in each category):
P1 = based on market cap and fundamentals, potential to 3-10x in value across most of them. Super long term holds that are credible projects, almost Zero risk with good fundamentals.
P2 = some of them very new projects. Potential to 10x-100x in value based on market caps. (Some have already 10x-100x’d recently). Slightly more riskier.
P3 = good projects, good fundamentals, credible people running them. Potential to 5-10x medium to long term. (Long term = end of the year)
P4 = good fundamentals, high risk, potential to 10-1000x
P1: VET ZIL ADA RSR DGB XLM P2: DOT CHZ TFUEL HOT SCRT XVG GRT HBAR P3: ARPA ANKR AKRO EGLD RUNE XVG ALGO FIL NPXS STMX AVAX

emmanuelewumi: Haba rooms in your grandma's house, their parents equally have houses the grandchildren equally have at least a house or real estate investment.
I tell people, income from inherited assets should be reinvested you only spend the returns on the reinvested fund. When you need income from inherited assets to pay your bills, you have a very big problem.
It is even the property manager that advises me to increase the house rent that what the tenants are paying is 60% of the current rate E dey, the friend I shared his experience above, the siblings children are married in that same house. You have 8 different landlords for just one house. |
Investment › Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by yazga: 12:43pm On May 26, 2021 |
NL1960: Sharing of the money is not even the issue. They will start demanding for a sharing of the rooms in the properties instead of money so that they will start answering landlords or roomlords. At the end of the day, the property is not maintained because nobody owns the compound as each person owns a room or rooms. The bolded kills property faster. In the end, they will eventually sell the house or patch it till the relevant authority comes for it. I had a friend who had the same experience, he left the property for the siblings and today he own two properties in Sango-Ota and Ikorodu. I also have a cousin like that and I told him, leave your father's house otherwise you will be lazy, today his forever greatful for such advise |
