Altcoins this week will increase at least 20-30%.

As I said, money is being pushed into the market so much that will stimulate investors to buy bitcoins. Besides, some big guys have been holding a large amount of $BTC and they are continuing to “shill” $BTC, making its capitalization increase. This will be good for the market !!

==> Buy low and sell high but must hold !!

Your understanding is wrong.
To my understanding, 400.000 units of SFS REIT will give you a return of 3,240.000 plus capital appreciation and tax free. Mainwhile, your property ideal above will only return 2.4m in which I doubt.
Plus rent defaults and plenty wahala from all side. Please take your time to go and watch tenants and landlords Saga on human rights page on Facebook.
Do you have the link to the Facebook human rights group?

Family › Don't Ever Curse Your Country by yazga(op): 7:33pm On Mar 21, 2021
*DON'T EVER CURSE YOUR COUNTRY*

*If you don't know how you are blessed, you will think your father's farm is worse than your friend father's farm.*

*$1 is ₦500 and so what?*

*Let me elucidate from my little experience. Can anyone in the US use $1 for breakfast? No!*

*But in Nigeria, ₦500 will give you breakfast and lunch.*

*Majority of people's monthly house rent (self contained apartment) in the USA is $1,000 and above... and that is your own 2 year's rent!*

*Have you ever paid for insurance before? Insurance in the US is $280 and that is almost ₦100,000 monthly.*

*When last did you pay monthly phone bills? I pay almost ₦40,000 monthly and if I don't, they are going to block my SIM. Your own MTN can be there for months without recharge.*

*When last did you work on Saturday and Sunday?*

*This I do compulsorily and on regular basis.*

*Don't get me wrong, the US is better than Nigeria, depending on which angle you are viewing it.*

*Do you want to hear the truth?*

*Many people in Nigeria live a more fulfilling life compared to their counterparts abroad.*

*Forget about all the packaging on social media and give credit to the good life you are living.*

*Do you know why Nigerians living in the US always rush back quickly whenever they come home visiting?*

*Because bills are counting and elongated absence (freedom) will put their lives in jeopardy.*

*If you, as a black person, attempt to emulate the whites, they will kneel on your neck.*

*Apart from Congo, no citizens in the entire universe enjoy life to the fullest than Nigerians.*

*You are abundantly blessed but you don't know until you get visa and relocate abroad, that is when you will know that your 8-hour job in Nigeria with free weekend is awoof.*

*With 8-hour job abroad, you can only pay bills, you need other 6 to 8 hours jobs to save for the future and plan your life.*

*The truth is that the grass is green everywhere, it's lack of vision greed of our leaders/politicians and the skewed religious practices (which placed emphasis on miracles) that ascended Nigeria onto a myopic tentacle of complete standstill.*

*Always thank God wherever you may find yourself. Nigeria is good and will be better.*

*God bless Federal Republic of Nigeria*

Has anyone tried using Choicetrade platform? For a known stockbroker like that, the application is scandalous. Its design is poor, doesn't open easily you will say very slow, news feeds carry no graphics. The entire thing looks like a low grade scam even the so called application upgrade is hardly better. We dont expect every US stockbroker to have the same sleek, high class application webull has, but it should at least inspire confidence. Anyone using Choicetrade?
It's an unregulated broker.

Family › Possible Ways To Avoid Embarrassment And Unnecessary Pressure In (2021) by yazga(op): 2:36pm On Mar 21, 2021
*POSSIBLE WAYS TO AVOID EMBARRASSMENT AND UNNECESSARY PRESSURE IN (2021).*

1. Put your kids in
schools you can afford
because expensive
schools don't
guarantee good
results. Just ensure
they attend a good
affordable school

2. Rent apartments you
can pay for
conveniently. Don’t live
in a house you struggle
to pay yearly. If your 1 or 2
month salary or biz profit
can't pay for your
accommodation, that
accommodation is not for
your level.

3. A man whose wife is
pregnant has good 9
months to prepare,
same as the pregnant
woman in question.
They should even plan
for the worse and only
seek help when they
can’t meet up.

4. Some problems in our
lives don’t just pop up,
if you don't own a
home, we knew we
would pay rents...So its
not an emergency.

5. Let’s plan our lives and
live within our means.
Save more and spend
less and Invest wisely.
Never invest in something
that will make you rich
overnight. No seed grows
to a tree overnight and
provide fruits, not even
tomatoes .

6. Some women buy food
for their children every
morning before going
to school or even for
the whole family, do
you know it’s cheaper
to cook at home?

7. Some people don’t
earn much, but have
DSTV at home, go for
GOTV and upgrade
when your income
upgrades. It’s still the
same CNN anyway!
Besides, most people pay
for cable subscription they
don't have light or time to
watch.

8. Eat healthy meals and
protect your family
from mosquitoes to
avoid going to the
hospital always. Sleep
under mosquito treated
net, saves you cost of
treatment on malaria.

9. Take advantage of
food and fruits in
season, its cheaper
and you can be
creative to create
amazing meals. Every fruit
in each season is meant to
help your body fight
sickness or health
challenges in that season.

10.Don’t copy your
neighbor’s lifestyle,
she earns well and her
husband is a ‘big
man’*

11. Don’t follow trends,
wear clean well-
ironed clothes and
keep your hair neat.
You would still look
good.

12. Keep your circle
small, keep only
friends that have
senses!

13. Above all things, have
the fear of God, have
integrity, don’t be lazy
and be prayerful.

14. Planning is the key, if
you fail to plan, you
plan to FAIL.

15. Don't do more than
your budget, there is no award given to best family that wore an
expensive cloth for
the year‍♂.

16.Don't be in competition with anyone. The purpose of shoes and clothes are to cover our unclothedness, make us smart and good.

17. Don't make your marriage ceremony too expensive, there is life after marriage and your well wishers will only say goodbye and the reality of life will then done on you. Be wise!
