Good morning Nairalanders. Its a great day Today is the Start of the school session in many schools. Therefore it's time to pay fees, do business and improve lives. Its also a time to pray. Please spare a prayer for our school system 1. Pray that our schools are protected. No breach this year 2. Pray that learning will be impactful and effective. That education achievement will be significant and obvious 3. Pray for all stakeholders... Teachers, headteachers, care givers, support staff, school owners. That they will be focussed 4. Pray for parents. For finances to pay fees. For wisdom to devote time to support their children's education 5. Pray for government. Particularly for all the government officials in education who don't seem to know what to do. 6. Pray for Leah Sharibu, the chibok girls. Let's pray that never again will such happen 7. Pray that we shall all be alive with our children to celebrate the end of this session in joy, health and bliss. Its a season for your child to blossom in school. Fear not, your child is a genius. |

*Idi Amin* once wanted to change the name of *Uganda* to *Idi* because he thought he could do anything with Uganda. Everybody was afraid to challenge that decision _except_ one man close to him. His name was Prince. He said: your excellency sir, do you know *Cyprus*? Idi Amin asked what has Cyprus got to do with my decision? The man said the people of *Cyprus* are called *Cypriots*, so if you change *Uganda* to *Idi*, we will be called *Idiots* He dropped the idea. |

Tamarapetty:Merrily, Merrily, Merrily, life is but a dream...Again |
- How was your job interview yesterday? - Well, I entered the office, found a man sitting on a large black leather chair with feet resting on the table.... He pointed towards his laptop, asked me to take it and go outside, then come back and try to sell him the laptop...he thought himself as actor Leonardo Di Caprio of "The Wolf of Wall Street" movie.. So I took the laptop and left. - Left...!! Then what? - Nothing! 30 minutes later he called me up, begging me to return his laptop to him 'cause all his work and important documents were in it. So I asked him: "Will you buy it??" |
