The screen of my nokia care is broken. the phone is still under warranty. Will the warranty cover screen replacement?

Warranty does not cover any mechanically damaged phone like broken screen or liquid damaged. Its only Lumia 930 that INSURANCE covered some numbers of damaged.

I took it to Nokia Care, Kano but was told "lagos" charge 10k for the upgrade but I should pay 6k.

Am in Lagos office. Just try to locate Nokia Care center or authorized dealer. You can also do the upgrade yourself using WiFi connection.

I attempted doing it myself with 4G on my phone but kept getting "connect to wi fi". Took it to nokia care nearest to me but the joker there asked me to give him 6k. Thanks for helping.

You can do the upgrade yourself OTA if you have enough data or take it to any Nokia Care outlet nearest to you. Am just tempted to help
