I knew when he was a Major General. MAYBE he was later promoted as Lieutenant General, but never a full General - with an EAGLE, 2 STARS and a CROSS on his shoulder - NEVER. In the IBB Junta, only IBB and Abacha had that rank in the Nigerian Army!!!
