He wants to become Martial 2.0... Somebody should talk to him. Who will talk to him? Is it Ole? Lol. ivolt: Its really not about the interest rate but the promised consistency. I know someone who went into farming and made profit in the first season but lost about 80% of his investment on his second trial. Imagine if he had collected money and promised people sure profit based on his first experience?
There is nothing wrong with farm investments, but investment schemers often hide important information about risks involved from their subscribers. You are right about that! But some of them do mention that their farms are insured by so so and so insurance company just to show it has some risk. |

Nellsworld: One of the red flags is 40% ROI, especially in agricultural sector, it is impossible to pay 40% ROI each to all ur investors, the company will fold If one is not in the industry, one will not know that! Seems interests greater than 12 to 16 per cent per annum is a scam these days! |
Investment › Re: Eatrich Investment Fails To Pay Billions, Investors Protest, Blame Influencers by yemi1504: 9:03pm On Sep 10, 2021 |
ivolt: These investment schemes are mostly fraud. People who are actually into farming knows that nothing is guaranteed but these schemers lie about their ROI to get funds from people. But the interest is quite low enough to actually deceive people! I was almost deceived too! Facebook is also culpable for this for those horrible advertisements they allowed on their platform during that period. |

naptu2: Investors in Eatrich Farms, an agricultural investment company, are up in arms because they allege that they have invested a lot of money in the company's schemes, yet they have not been paid since June. They have attacked and blamed social media influencers who they claim convinced them to invest in the scheme. Some social media influencers have dissociated themselves from the scheme while some employees of the company have also complained that they have not been paid.
Here are some of the claims of the company, the complaints of investors and the disclaimers by social media influencers. All this farm investment people and their ripping off of their clients! Thank God, my brother dissuaded me from them! |

I agree. Tonto has deep seated issues. I don't want to attribute them to the cigarettes or alcohol. She needs to see a therapist or psychologist as soon as possible. How she flips from being the gentle, Bible quoting church girl, to someone who acts like she is possessed in the next minute needs to be checked. So true, if the issue was with one guy, we would have made excuses for her, but two? She earnestly needs to look herself in the mirror here! |

Tmlivesport: At op better stay in Ibadan were you can close your eyes to sleep.
Most part of the North is not safe
I Went to Kaduna some time ago and was shock when I was told our vehicle can't pass a particular place until the military give security clearance. My brother when the clearance came around 9pm that night, every driver were ask to put off head light before passing. Meaning our driver drove for around 20minutes without light.
Just today we received news that bokoharam is requesting for $25,000 to release a Christian brother that was kidnapped more than a month ago, initial they were requesting for 80million
Stay safe and forget about the big salary Can you imagine! I hope the greedy Op is looking at this experience too! No say, we we no warn you o! |

delpee: I don't see much difference in the salaries if you factor in air fares to the South and the risk of falling victim to bandits. If you'll have to visit farms, your risk doubles. At this point in time, Ibadan is a safer place to be and cost of living is much lower than that of Lagos. Food is relatively cheap. Same for accommodation and transportation. Though I can't talk much about the accommodation since Lagos money and greedy Ibadan landlords and agents are now in cahoots with each other! But for his kind of salary, that is the least of his problems! |
