An advice for folks looking to start a build.

The first thing to decide is how you live and how you intend to use your new house.

Most people spend the most times in the kitchen and living room, followed by the master bedroom.

This is why in most American home the prime real estate goes to those places.

Also, folks shouldn’t be afraid to do a duplex. You get an easier and luxurious design space plus bigger and better land left over for parking and outside activities.

Building a duplex is very expensive, at least for me. I am only just a freelance book designer.

2. Accessing the guest room and other spaces directly from the main lounge indicates that the essence of the Anteroom is defeated.
3. The dinning area is nothing but a lobby.
4. The laundry and kitchen ought not to have a strong relationship.

The land measures a total area of 1247.556sqm (about 135 X 100ft)

I plan to only use half of the land right now with two buildings. The main building, that's the four bedroom apartment and two mini Flats behind it.

What type of Mi Note 10/ lite tempered glass do you have? UV, full glue or edge glue?

I have been noticing some bugs on my Mi Note 10 Lite since I updated to MIUI 12, but the most annoying one started yesterday and it has to do with the speaker. I mean, the speaker for making call.

I almost don't hear what the person from the other end is saying unless I switch to loud speaker.

Is this a general issue? Hard restart could not fix it.
