Biafra cannot be given on a platter of gold. It surely must come with so much pains. Therefore, it goes to say that this is the time for those 'noteworthy or powerful' individuals to lead unabashedly the curse. If Biafra should become a reality today, it is most likely the radical and educated Kanus that will win elections at all levels. Mr. kanu will get the sympathy of an emotional electorate and his 'level' for whatever that means, will become the standard.

The 'noteworthy' elements should now lead the Biafra curse from the front. Now is the time for them to stand out from the crowd. They can't have it both ways. The majority of Easterners need them to lend their voices at this unattractive time of the struggle.
Nonsense.

What if majority of Biafrans home and abroad don't want it that radical way your so called "educated Kanus" want it, are you going to force it on them?

Ofodirinwa:
Nnamdi Kanu will not 'lead' Biafra. If there is a biafran nation, we as a people have achieved so much in the present that he doesn't rank among the most noteworthy, or powerful, or even qualified in our ranks so it is impossible for him to try to assert himself beyond his level. I'm worried about the prospect of being in a country led by a radical with no sense of diplomacy and he is defining biafra as something more ignorant than the people it wishes to encompass. He can be kept at bay if his ego is compensated for, but he can't be allowed to 'own' any biafran state that comes about. After all, Radio Biafra isn't the first or only agitation for biafra and he has no greater claim to it than others.

We're trying to rid ourselves off Nigeria but encouraging a tyrant to lead us to the promise land.

What makes you think we are not headed the Zimbabwe way, is Mugabe not a tyrant and what makes him different from Nnamdi who gives no room for opposition?

So what is your take on Nnamdi Kanu's inssults on people with divergent opinion?
I guess you should equally ask @Bishop42 if the "free" Zimbabweans are doing better than the South Africans.

Don't mind our people, i remembered urging people to vote him during the last election but they refused questioning his party affiliation as if the party makes a person and not the other way round. They're all eulogising him now.

Tex42:
Just imagine what a supposed leader is saying? Is this how Mandela, Zik and Co fought for freedom.

If Nnamdi Kalu is anything near what he takes himself, he should have known better not to flirt with people's religious beliefs. His recent onslaught on catholicism failed on arrival. Instead of fighting for what unites us, he is busy chairing a crusade that will polarize the Igbos on religious lines.

Have always had my reservations about Nnamdi Kalu's ideology. And one thing I know for sure is that preaching hate against other ethnic groups won't land the Igbos Biafra on a platter, neither will it make the land of Biafra a solace zone for Igbos scattered all over different regions of this country.

What the Igbos must do is to open the Biafran territory to the world, attain complete or near economic self-sufficiency,then the struggle can be advanced from there, cos this hate and aggression will take us no where.
Worst of it all is that when he's supposed to be reconciling his differences with MASSOB, BZM and other groups knowing fully well they all are agitating for the same cause, he castigates them and calling those groups unprintable names.
I forsee a clash between IPOB and MASSOB members soon.
That's to show you how divisive this guy is, splitting our people along ideological and religious lines. Don't be surprised to hear from him anytime soon that Ndianambra must be exterminated because they are becoming less moved by his rhetorics.

GenbIoodykiller:
in as much as ngige is an apc which technically makes him a bastard i stll have an undying love for the man because of what he did in anambra state within the short period of his tenure.

he was the one that sets the pace of governance in anambra and opened our eyes to see the flow of cash in anambra via IGR.

I hate apc but love ngige with passion grin

the man stood the chance of governing Anambra but he's just at the wrong party and Anambra hates apc with passion grin
I dislike you and your moniker but i agree with you on this 100%, imagine you and your ilks so proud of him today because you all know he has all it takes to just bow and go but you decimated him because of party affiliation? Do you vote for party or personality?
