Leomichael:
Is there a limit to how much you can carry in cash? Why was the CBP making reference to $10,000?
Yes, I understand that if you carry up to $10,0000 , you will fill a form so to avoid all the questioning, I didn’t take up to that

Congratulations madam. I responded to your question in May. Sometimes when ppl don't respond to questions its mostly because they aren't sure and don't want to mislead the person.
Okay, I now understand. Thanks so much

Food was okay, cabin crew very nice. I got my fit to fly from the hospital.they asked for it each time I want to board.Got to IAH , Very long queue at the POE but was moving fast.
Cpb: hello

Cpb: calls another cpb and told him to take me to baggage inspection. I was there, a short queue but wasn’t moving.after almost 10minutes, First cpb shows up and called my name, Yetunde, please come with me. My heart skipped.he said I’m supposed to go to the secondary inspection first before coming down for baggage inspection. On our way back up, he asked if it’s my first baby inUS and I said yes but I have other children already, then he asked if I was using oakbend and dr F, I said yes oakbend but drZ, then he said he must be new there cos he doesn’t know him.he was very friendly. We got to secondary inspection and he said I should sit, he pointed at me and handed my passport to another cpb,Not many people were there but we’re all looking serious. I sat with one Nigerian lady that we flew together and she wa whispering to me that this place is hot o. I kept a straight face too. After about five minutes, he called me and said let’s go.he took me bag to baggage inspection, on our way, he said make sure you pay all your bills, don’t accept Medicaid, insurance or tip. Make sure you read everything before you sign and get al your receipts. We got to baggage inspection, he took me straight to the front, asked me to go sit down and handed over my passport to the cpb there, who called baggage people to go get my bag, after about 15 minutes, he called me, gave me my passport and asked me to proceed to the custom then baggage inspection, they asked me if I have dried ponmo, I said yes and they opened my bag and seized it and that was all. I checked my passport and saw that I was stamped for 6 months, I didn’t even know the point where it was stamped , like I said I read this thread from part one and learnt everything here.

[quote author=cindermum post=67123935]Before end of the 36th week, it's 5450 after the 36th week 6950 USD. It's on their website, look it up.

If you can change your Poe then go ahead but I know it's not as bad as you have stated. Just be prepared and pray for a smooth entry.

Go to the search bar and type Houston Poe , then narrow the search to travel.

Thanks so much sis.
