Debbieeeeeee: If you already have a valid U.S. visa, congrats. Use it wisely. If you don’t, and you’re a woman in your childbearing years… well, good luck. It’s not beans. Best advice? Just face Canada. Dem still get small breathing space. 🇨🇦😅 Debbie, it’s been a while. So I just found out I am Pregnant and currently have American Visa. Would suggest I give it a try? I haven’t applied or have a Canadian yet. |

odirinm: Hello everyone,
I had my last baby in 2018, in Hoston Texas. I already have my 5 year visa and would like to know the latest POE for preggy moms. I used the Houston airport last time and my entry was smooth. Any updates for recent travelers? I may use the Dallas airport this time. But can someone or anyone give recent events on POE for both Dallas and Houston, i would appreciate it.
I am planning on going at 34 weeks at the latest. Pls how did your visa renewal go? were you asked questions about your last delivery? Plus is it that since 2018, you haven’t been to the US? |

I also recently applied to renew my visa via Dropbox, however, I was told to come for an interview.
I just had my baby in US in September last year. I am pretty anxious as I don’t know what to expect. I wonder why it’s hard to renew a visa after birthing in the US |

Debbieeeeeee: The agency is for urgent appointments that’s why they won’t give you an appointment if your travel date is not less than 2 weeks or if you don’t require a visa to your intended destination out of the USA (they give you 28 days). It’s best to call them to let them assess your situation and assign you a tentative date. Thank you Debbie for always responding. |

Exhausted all my funds. And I came here with my two older kids. As anyone being in this shoe. I was told by the airline to get a transit visa and I will be rebooked. How do I get a German transit visa here in the US. Please. I need help. I have an infant and two toddlers with me. My funds are depleted already. Help. Hi, have you been able to sort it out? I am in the same situation as well. My visa expires Nov 1st and travelling with Lufthansa on Nov 9th |

Debbieeeeeee: You’re welcome, You don’t need passport for etc. what you need to apply for etc is consent from you & husband, bio data pages of passport for both parents, birth certificate, return ticket to Nigeria and baby’s passport photo. This is what I used to apply to the Atlanta consulate. If you want to apply to other consulates you have to check what they require. . Pls a quick question, what is the guarantee that there will be appointment dates two weeks before the travel. That’s what I intend to do, as I am leaving 2nd week November, I am just paranoid and hoping it goes smooth when I call to schedule the appointment. |

Keep checking the system. What I did was to book a date a week after my due date to be safe even though baby had not come. |

Debbieeeeeee: I gave birth in Houston, I got social in the mail in about 7 days, birth cert took 10 minutes in the office although I went in person, passport took 24 hours at the agency. Didn’t expect it to be brisk especially the social. You don’t need social to get birth cert, go to the health department you’ll get it instantly, although I got my baby’s social but I never used it for any of her applications I just told them I don’t have the baby’s ssn just yet. Please what do you mean by go to the health department? Is the city of Houston health department you are referring to. I am currently in Houston. Did you do urgent travel for the passport? Are you saying I don’t need Social security to apply for the passport? Also, I thought the hospital is the one that gives birth certificate. Pls what was your process to get the Social security number ? Pls Abeg, no vex, my questions are plenty |

MsAnonymous: Please I did not declare my pregnancy when I was getting the visa. I was already 3 months gone. How do I navigate going POE? What can I do? Planning on leaving in a month's time. Is there any hope for entry? POE should be ATL then take a flight to Houston If I may ask, any particular reason why you choose your POE to be ATL instead of Houston? If you are not showing too much, you can wing it. However, If you are, you might want to declare and they will decide if they want to let you in or not. I am going to Houston at 28 weeks and not showing plus I intend to wear an outfit that will also conceal. (Modify) (Quote) (Report) (Share) |

Good afternoon house, please I need an advice. I will be going to give birth in Houston and my POE is George bush international airport. I will be going at 28weeks and 2 days. I just want to know if I should declare cuz I am on an B1/B2 visa which I got in 2021.
What if I declare and still get turned back?
Does anyone have any experience with that POE? |
