A friend of mine bought a land from this so called ‘estate agent companies’, I mean from those registered companies who buys in bulk and then sell in bits to individuals all in the name of setting up an estate. (e.g PARKVIEW ESTATE, ROCK VIEW ESTATE ETC)
He made payments for the land in instalment for 2years and could no longer complete his payment due to circumstances beyond control, to feed has practically become a problem as there is no means of survival, then he went to the company to make claims of his contribution so far, wrote them a letter and was expecting them to call him to come pick up his check.
Rather than call him; they (The Company) replied his letter stating two conditions:

1. That the right to pay him back his money is at their management discretion and that if at all they want to pay him, they will only pay him after deducting some charges like administrative charges amounting to 40% of his amount contributed so far, and the balance of 60% will be paid him in instalments the same way he made the contributions to the company.
2. That he should find a new buyer for the said land and communicate the same to the company for proper transfer of same. The company will also make some charges on the amount of sales.

All of this has since troubled my friend and when he told me I was very angry, so I told him to relax that we will sort for help.
Please kindly help out with your contributions house.

Which commission or agency can we sort for help in this regards ?

there was no allocation letter since he had not finishing making payments hence no conditions stated

I went for interview, infact I wrote a test, then I was called to meet the head of Finance who inteviewed me before this final offer email.

But I am thinking they are not straight forward you know indians and thier conny ways,

I just got an offer via mail from multipro enterprises Ltd for the post of an accountant,it reads thus congratulation you have qualified for the post of the accountant having successfully passed our interviews. I am schedule for a meeting with them soon after which I will collect the offer letter but it seems as if they are not being staright forward.

please does any one know about this company, their work ethics and staff welfare. Please it is urgent I do not want to make silly mistakes or move.

I honestly need your help, doctors in the house. my mother has been going through a lot lately.

she hardly sleeps and she been crying all nights. we have tried out some drugs but to no avail, we have been to hospitals but none seems working again, I even took her to pyschiatric hospital Yaba where they attended to her, sometime they inject her she sleeps and after the day of injection, she complains of not sleeping again, now the hospital is on strike, and my mum has been crying. she just closes her eyes all night and sit up most times crying that sleep is not coming. Please does anyone knwe of any drug I could you for her to sleep.

Three questions sir demanding your answers
1. Please kindly give an exact or close estimate of the total sum of an Msc finance programme (PT), tuition fees plus all associated cost.
2. Also I am a graduate of accounting with 2.1 grade of DLI faculty but am yet to collect my certificate will probably be ready next year. I have my to whom it may concern and am sure my transcript would not be a problem.
3. As DLI, I did not serve so I don’t have a discharge certificate but an NYSC exemption letter while my exempting certificate is still in process.
