Minimal Reduction in revenue in 2025 compared to 2024, Yes.......but did the company made profit? YES!

Concerning this concern:
"The persistent negative equity and high finance costs mean that capital restructuring plans, debt conversions, and upcoming equity raises remain critical variables for long-term balance sheet stability".
This is what has been identified long before now, and in which the company OANDO is working on fund raising to address it.....
Request re-submitted to SEC and awaiting approval.....

I hope they step up actions on addressing the negative equity so the company can at least breathe! 😊

Aradel corporate disclosure shows one insider selling over 13 million units this period. Hmmmm. But who was the buyer?

Then minimal some purchases of 100 units 300units etc that are not even up to 1k except for one 38k purchase.

Maybe the Oga sold to buy Dangote Refinery shares
They have started re-purchasing , the huge buyer(s) is yet to be disclosed....
Think more Corporate disclosures is still coming....

Interim dividend is always paid for half year (H1), so this will be decided at the board meeting of second half of the year and not Oct/Nov.
If you're talking about payment Date, that's different.

If you are looking at 5 solid years: Look for stocks that have good potential, but currently undervalued and not doing too well.
One sure bet: Access Bank.
The other is: Insurance stocks:
Another one is: Oando (but very controversial, it has good potential if you have the MIND to wait and shoulder all the risks)
Another one: Japaul

Your list is also good.......but this is for high risk takers , aside ACCESS anyway.
I think for someone targeting 5years, fundamentally sound dividend paying stocks should be better.

I think it was Fitch, moody and these foreign renowed credit agencies that were downgrading Africans financial institutions and companies like African EXIM bank with low and poor credit ratings.

I knew it that this Ngx every month transition will backfire one way or the other..

With inflation, exchange rates going up, companies delivering good results with wonderfuls ROIs, etc.....did we expect the prices to still remain kobo kobo that it used to be?
Prices of stocks are bound to adjust to economic realities, and thats what NGX does.
We could say it's a bit over-stretched but the adjustment was/is very necessary.....

Correction is currently going on....for how long or how low do we expect the prices to adjust to?

Anyway, FTSE Russell's classification was just to see how better they can make use of the opportunity the Frontier Market classification is presenting by trying to review it...
It was scheduled for September and they're getting back on it by August ending.....

In my opinion, the T+1 was made to even favour them more.....
It's in line with best practices worldwide.
