YES I did went through the purchase/sales notes, portfolio summary/balance from day of purchase to the day of the missing shares. I can also confirm that no cash transaction was made into my bank account as at today.

Check and confirm if your account is not in DCS MODE (Direct Cash Settlement)....because this is the default mode in most cases.
Quite some users aren't aware of this.

Stocks get updated after COB and sometimes delay used to come from NGX too.

I'll try and contact Morgan by next week, God willing, and forward some of these complaints to them.
I think they needed to have a representative on this platform because of the large users/ clients they have here.

I think we should all exercise patience with Morgan Capital.
I honestly don't know what could be happening concerning all these complaints because up till this week, I personally didn't experience any of such.......

* For the record, Mcy is not a staff of Morgan Capital and not related in any way to anyone in Morgan......I've said this more than once here before.

* Some delay? Possibly Yes.
This could be due to overwhelming workload with limited staffers
* Missing stocks? I doubt it!
* To get CSCS statement, you can contact CSCS with your CHN & CSCS, OR subscribe to CSCS online.
* Forward the CSCS statement to Morgan Capital so as to reconcile your portfolio with your statement...(There are some stocks bonuses or quantities that won't automatically be added but you can see in your statement)

* Concerning not picking calls or replying mails.....
Are people sure they're sending mails to the right address? because I sent and got reply from Bosede...
* For withdrawals, notifications are always sent..

* Anyone with complaints should pls spelt it out as it is, let's see where the main issue lies.

The experience with Morgan Capital has not been very palatable. Shares of subscribers missing from their portal is not a good experience.

Phone calls (not picked up) and emails have not been working...neither were emails to CSCS.
So sad.

Are you sure you're referring to Morgan Capital Securities Ltd concerning email not working or phone calls not picked up?
Not aware of such or have such experience!

* One thing I noticed is that some are not doing it right nor have they taken time to go thru the platform usage.
* Simple instructions not followed
* Regular updates sent via emails not read, some don't read and are not even up to date on happenings around their investment....very bad!

For instance, I'm sure some users don't even know Yemisi is no longer to be contacted in Accounts; they don't quote their CSCS number when transferring funds; and funny enough, some still send fund to Polaris!
When sorting this type of mix-up is taking time, they start complaining.

Meanwhile, can you state how your shares were missing so users here can guide on what to do or what might have likely happened?

The way some people think genuinely surprises me. With all the bashing of Ellah, some were saying it would drop to ₦3 or even ₦1, haba. A few comments were clearly coming from a place of hate and bile, without any attempt to hide it. Statements like “Ellah Lake holders will be executed”, lol , are completely unnecessary.

We really need to calm down. There are many ways to determine value; it doesn’t have to be only your method. Yes, the capital raise failed, okay. That’s not the end of the company, nor does it automatically mean the end of their proposed acquisition.

It almost feels like some people would physically drag Ellah down if they had the power, just to prove they were right.

For the record, I don’t own a single share of Ellah. I just don’t see it as a bad bet yet. They still have possible paths to win.
