OANDO is in the Oil and Gas sector remember.......and the sector is presently booming, so nothing like enjoying privilege to me, it's about business I Blvd.
You can't compare business in the upstream to that of downstream, even though both are lucrative and the coy is involved in both.......and even many more self.....such as electricity and electric gas vehicles or something.

First Bank was also in similar situation in time past, struggling to survive and the share price was battered up to N2.90/N3...
Eventually, it was able to rise again......

I seems Morgan iTrade bid/offer table for some reason only shows bids at the highest bid price of 69.95 for Oando. This gives the impression that Oando is on a full perfect bid with nobody looking to buy it lower. I just placed a bid at 69.00. The bid was accepted but not shown on the table. The bids you can see at highest price of 69.95 are far more than what Morgan is displaying possibly.
Morgan only showing first 100 Orders......and if you noticed, the few bids that are selling on the floor did not alter the number at all.......the queue long.....
Some of the few ones we can see as sales are even more of cross deals.

On VFD, if you read the docs well, it says 30% holdings in Abbey Mortgage to be sold to Strategic Investor as part of the Capital raise of N30bn...

You may be right on the previous heavy deals to have been executed by Maddona Ashib and staff scheme but, VFD sales will be in form of Off Market Deals....which could even be that VFD group is still very much owing the shares indirectly......but bringing in a strategic investor in form of proxy or something.
* It may also mean selling part of the holding.....but not on the floor.

Abbey Mortgage is a good associate of VFDGROUP and part of the revenue generating arm of the group.

Not contesting anything here......but the point there is that VFDGROUP already approved selling of 30% of shareholding in Abbey as part of the plan to generate more working Capital.

VFDGROUP already approved sale of 30% controlling stake in Abbey Mortgage Bank to focus more on expansion.....
These deals were done sometimes ago around June or July this year......with heavy cross deals around that time.
The new buyer not yet unveiled anyway.

We still have outstanding results being expected and Court case still coming up in October, I think these may likely alter the ongoing rally at some points and some profit takers will come and sell.....

Also, if some big guys keeps queing up and can't get, then they'll find a way to create liquidity....... negotiations with MM or big houses can make this possible, something similar happened at some point when it first touched 49...

Stocks do pullback every now and then but with small profit taking, then analysis will start on how it's going back to base.
