Concerning review upwards, I think the stocks valuation will be carried out by the experts in that field......
They can't just pick one figure or base the valuation on only the share price(s).
Many factors will be considered........FMN and the subsidiary(ies) to be involved, book value, etc.

The gurus here used to assist with such valuation and direction in the past........but not anymore these days.

For those that may want to rush in at any available market price, try and put this in mind.
We needed to see the official arrangements and docs to be able to have a clear direction.....

What do I mean.?

If you have existing 5 units in your portfolio and you are expecting 2 units of bonus. Morgan will not update your portfolio to 7 units. But if you place 7 units for sale, it will go through.

It's not delisting, it's some sort of merger......but it's looking more like absorbing Honeywell.
Dont know yet if other subsidiaries will be involved.

I think las las, Flour Mills will buy out the minority shareholders OR merge with Honeywell and allocate FMN shares to minority shareholders in form of share conversion in ratio distribution.

Presently 71.69% acquisition from Honeywell Plc + 5.06% from FBNH....... totalling 76.75%

Remaining minority owns mere 23.25%.
There might be need for rebranding .........

FINAL and FULL info on FMN, as it is no longer classified info and has spread far and wide within various circles, the coy wants to delist from the exchange. And will ofcourse purchase at a premium. This merger rumour was in circulation some months ago, maybe last year or so.
At some point, it was rumour of Honeywell buy-out..
Wish we'd gotten this hint much more earlier than now, then some with related info could have also possibly share.

Daily trading highly risky but short term tradings, Yes.
If you master how to go about it.....
Buying low and selling high....with some bit of luck too.
Lots of factors cones to play here anyway.
Can't provide more info but reading thru some past pages may be of help to you too.
