Unlike Sharia bank and bond, the Shariah court is only voluntary for the time being.
Same lie of "muslim-only" hisbah was touted when being inaugurated.

Also, these "courts" are foreign-sponsored subversive entities with dangerous plans for the future.

Its promoters receive monthly allowance from special interest foreign entities and have
to show progress in implementing their masters agenda.
and the most dangerous part is the name that is Islam which means peace by all means, which is cryptic of saying war until 100% Muslim is achieved

TravelRe: My trip to Switzerland (pictures included) by Ynix(m): 12:07am On Dec 20, 2024
zackmann:
I've been to a lot of countries, and I must say that the cost of living in Switzerland is really high. The average price of a bottle of water here is $5. When I arrived last week, I spent 55 dollars on a pack of bottled water, which didn't even last for a week. I've been here for 9 days now, and I must say that my bank account is really feeling the heat. Everything here is damn expensive. Switzerland is for the rich abeg. Nothing anybody wan tell me. Today, when I went shopping for groceries, I thought I was going to spend not more than 80 dollars, but to my utmost surprise, I ended up spending over 200 dollars on little items. When I was in Norway, Australia and Netherlands, I thought that the cost of living was high (these countries are quite expensive to live in), but this is just on another level. I'm leaving here on Saturday abeg, before my account starts wailing.

Guys, let me use this medium to drop a piece of advice. If anyone is advising you to leave Nigeria, show gratitude to that person, because he/she wants the best for you. I've been touring for 6 months now, and I must confess that Nigeria is a sh*thole. This is actually an understatement. If there was a worse word to use to attribute Nigeria, I'd have used it. Once I'm done with my travels, I'm permanently relocating to a European country. I'm just using this medium to gather my facts first, before making a final decision.

I'm an American citizen by birth, but I've not lived there for 2 straight years; I've been on and off. America is kinda cool, but I've no interest in living there permanently. UK and Canada are for introverted people, in my own opinion. Right now, I'm thinking of maybe Sweden or Germany for permanent relocation. I was forced to learn Deutsch, because I studied in Germany from 2016-2022; before relocating back to Nigeria, to handle my Dad's businesses. I learn languages fast, but it took me 6 months to almost perfectly learn Deutsch language. I now speak English, French, Spanish, Deutsch, Latin, and a little bit of Hebrew. I'll be posting more with time. Merry Christmas in advance guys.

You can make lots of money if you can digitize that, you know Facebook and YouTube pay people for creating contents. Develop yourself and position yourself to becoming an authority in your field, learn and teach what you learn and sell digital products that will help agribusinesses, help small scale farmers transition from farming to agribusiness. You won't lack money if you do all of this, especially when you become a conduit for value and opportunities. If you feel like discussing this further chat me up on 08089456258

Lies. Read about the Bretton woods agreement.

After WWII, the winners, including Russia met and agreed to use the dollars as the reserve currency since Europe was already destroyed.
US was the actual mastermind, see what META AI has to say

The Bretton Woods Agreement was a landmark international economic agreement signed in 1944, which established a new global monetary order. Here's a brief overview:

Key Objectives
1. *Promote international economic cooperation*: Encourage countries to work together to achieve economic stability and prosperity.
2. *Establish a stable international monetary system*: Create a framework for exchange rates, international trade, and financial stability.
3. *Facilitate international trade and investment*: Reduce trade barriers and promote economic integration.

Main Provisions
1. *Fixed Exchange Rates*: Countries agreed to peg their currencies to the US dollar, which was in turn pegged to gold at a fixed rate of $35 per ounce.
2. *International Monetary Fund (IMF)*: Established the IMF to promote international monetary cooperation, exchange rate stability, and provide financial assistance to countries facing balance of payments difficulties.
3. *International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD)*: Established the IBRD (now part of the World Bank Group) to provide financing for reconstruction and development projects.
4. *Trade Liberalization*: Encouraged countries to reduce trade barriers and promote free trade.

Impact and Legacy
1. *Post-WWII Economic Recovery*: The Bretton Woods system played a crucial role in the rapid economic recovery of Western Europe and Japan after World War II.
2. *Global Economic Integration*: The agreement facilitated international trade, investment, and economic integration, laying the foundation for globalization.
3. *Dollar Hegemony*: The US dollar emerged as the global reserve currency, solidifying US economic dominance.
4. *Criticisms and Challenges*: The Bretton Woods system faced criticisms for its rigidity, lack of representation for developing countries, and the US's dominant role.

Collapse of the Bretton Woods System
In 1971, the US suspended the convertibility of the dollar to gold, effectively ending the Bretton Woods system. This event, known as the "Nixon Shock," marked a shift towards floating exchange rates and the modern international monetary system.

The masterminds behind the Bretton Woods Agreement were primarily John Maynard Keynes of the British Treasury and Harry Dexter White of the United States Treasury Department. They independently developed ideas about the financial order of the post-war world, which eventually led to the creation of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD).¹

Keynes proposed the International Clearing Union (ICU), which would regulate the balance of trade and provide a mechanism for countries to settle their international accounts. However, his proposal was not adopted in its entirety.

On the other hand, White proposed the International Stabilization Fund, which would place the burden of maintaining the balance of trade on deficit nations. His proposal was more aligned with the interests of the United States, and it ultimately formed the basis of the IMF.

The Bretton Woods Agreement was a result of the combined efforts of these two visionaries, along with other delegates from 44 Allied nations who gathered at the Mount Washington Hotel in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire, in 1944.

The United States played a significant role in the masterminding of the Bretton Woods Agreement:

Leadership and Initiative
1. *Harry Dexter White*: As the Assistant Secretary of the Treasury, White was the primary architect of the US proposal for the International Stabilization Fund, which later became the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
2. *Henry Morgenthau Jr.*: As the Secretary of the Treasury, Morgenthau provided strong support for White's proposal and played a key role in convincing President Franklin D. Roosevelt to back the plan.

Economic and Financial Influence
1. *Dollar Hegemony*: The US dollar was established as the global reserve currency, giving the US significant influence over international trade and finance.
2. *Economic Dominance*: The US was the dominant economic power at the time, and its economic interests played a significant role in shaping the agreement.

Diplomatic Efforts
1. *Bretton Woods Conference*: The US hosted the Bretton Woods Conference in 1944, which brought together representatives from 44 countries to finalize the agreement.
2. *Negotiations and Compromise*: The US played a key role in negotiating and compromising with other countries to reach a consensus on the agreement.

Overall, the US played a leading role in shaping the Bretton Woods Agreement, reflecting its economic and financial dominance at the time.

I just received a severance package of 10 million. I am currently confused and unsure of which business to start. Please, I sincerely need honest advice for God’s sake.
This are my suggestions

First forget about the money and go and get this following books or check them on YouTube but getting the books is best

No Excuse by Brian Tracy
Goals by Brian Tracy
Millionnaire Fast lane by MJ DEMARCO
Blue Ocean Strategy by Renée Mauborgne and W. Chan Kim
Your next 5 moves by Patric Bet David
The 80/20 Principle

As you are reading them Get a notepad and write down where you see yourself in 3 to 5 years plan then create an action plan based on that. This will lead to you knowing yourself where your strength lies and what you are up to. Possibly you might start a company but you already know where you are up to.

Then assume you were only given 2 million, instead of 10 million naira. Then you ask yourself if all thing being equal based on your industrial knowledge how can you generate cash flow of like 10 to 50 million naira from the 2 million naira. Know this importantly you can't do well if you don't learn how to sell and if you don't have something selling. Normally I would have said assume that you weren't given anything but I just applied 80/20 principle to your money. Keep 8 million naira far away from you for at least 3 months while you incubate

Whatsoever came to your mind as you study and brainstorm write it down.

I will like to assist in your thought process and action planning for free, if you need any further guidance or clarity chat me up on 08089456258

PoliticsRe: This Is A Long Drawn Battle: Afe Babalola Vs Dele Farotimi by Ynix(m): 8:15am On Dec 10, 2024
Ekaka14:
Disclaimer: Copied!
*THIS IS A LONG DRAWN BATTLE*

On Dele Farotimi’s book (A comprehensive review)

1. Farotimi had it all planned out.
2. He had his arrest and kidnapping planned out
3. He did the above by firstly writing a book and using the press to bait those he is attacking.
4. I believe Dele’s arrest has no hand of APC and Tinubu government in it.
5. It is basically Dele versus Afe Babalola
6. The book has 8 chapters.
7. Start from chapter 7 and ignore all the preceding chapters.
8. The main gist is that one man, Major Gbadamosi Eletu bought about 20 hectares of land from the Ojomu chieftaincy family in 1977.
9. Later Lagos Government acquired all the land including the one bought and the remaining 200 hectares owned by Ojomu and issued a Gazette to that effect.
10. The Eletu people sued and claimed ownership of the whole 240 hectares up to supreme court.
11. The Supreme Court in 2013 awarded only 10 hectares to Eletu and declared that the remaining 214 hectares belonged to Ojomu.
12. The Ojomu people are the clients of Farotimi.
13. Afe Babalola became the lawyer for the Eletu after the 2013 supreme court judgement. According to Farotimi, he was promised a fee of 10 million dollars.
14. Meanwhile, the Eletu and powerful lawyers within the Lagos state Judiciary and Ministry of Justice got a forged order of supreme court and use it to get an order or writ of possession from Lagos justice administration system. Armed with this bogus documents, they got police, court officials and thugs to move to the disputed land and states in Osapa where they wanted to take possession of their “property”. However Farotimi and other lawyers asked for the judgement enforcers to produce the “enrolled orders of the supreme court “ of their judgement which they failed to provide.
15. It was on the basis of the above that Farotimi was able to challenge Justice Atilade who wrote the writ of possession on the basis of a forged Supreme Court Judgement. When this was exposed, Atilade persuaded Farotimi to file an ex parte motion for the quashing of the writ of possession. They were told to say the reason for quashing is “documentary irregularities” which according to Farotimi is “euphemism for fraud”.
16. Enters Afe Babalola. His job was simple: get the Supreme Court to recant on its earlier judgment.
17. So Afe Babalola represented the Eletu in a second case in 2014 and this time around the Supreme Court set aside its 2013 ruling and awarded 214 hectares of Land to Eletu family.
Afe Babalola and Wole Olanipekun tried this system again with the Bayelsa case when they asked the Supreme Court to set aside its earlier ruling which awarded governorship to PDP. But JSC Amina Augie tongue lashed Babalola and Olanipekun and imposed a fine of 60 million naira on each of them.

18. After this 2014 judgement, implementation became problematic because two barriers stood in the way: the government acquisition gazette had recognized the Ojomu and secondly the quashed writ of possession.

19. It was at this point that some smart Lagos boys within the Lagos ministry of justice including the then solicitor general swung into action with the connivance of the Eletu to use the new supreme court’s judgment and subterfuge to get real state developers to be paying them.
20. Meanwhile the new guys and the Eletus dumped Afe Babalola because he was no longer needed. Afe grew angry and started using back door means to be fighting. Meanwhile, Farotimi was already leaking his wounds and angry with the corruption of the Supreme Court by Afe Babalola.

21. Afe babalola would not go without fighting the Lagos smart boys who wanted to dump him like used condom. In fact Afe wrote a petition against Lawal Pedro, the Solicitor General and the linchpin to the LCPDC. He also drafted ICPC in his fight against the Eletus , Pedro and the other hyenas who chased the lion away from his kill (that’s Farotimi analogy)
22. Afe took his frustrations to the CJ of Lagos Ayotunde Philips in a petition. It was in this petition that Farotimi saw his name mentioned and how Afe had described him in disparaging terms. It was this that made him to sue Afe Babalola for libel.

23. Farotimi did not sue for libel to really get back at Afe for disparaging him. He sued to use the Libel to further continue the fight that started and expose fraudulently procured supreme court judgment of 2014.

24. Afe saw through this and used his connections to the former boss of Farotimi and the chairperson of his marriage ceremony, Justice Oyekan Abdullahi to kill the libel suit. It was never heard.

25. After the all powers have connected to seal of all legal avenues for reprieve and after the clients of Farotimi have moved on by settling with the Eletus and the Lagos Officials and after Afe has been promised his cut in form of lands, Farotimi decided to write this book to bring the whole roof down.

I’m sure Afe Babalola will be thinking that this man is very Obstinate.

Farotimi had it all planned. This is the beginning of a long fight by a man on a suicide mission.
you are on point, the guy is up to something crazt
