GREATPIN77: how the boy go harm their family please. Explain to me like a primary school students. the mother lives around them, OP testified to the fact that she once advices him over phone to go into fraud. So if he is sent away, it's glaring he will return directly or indirectly to the mother who may influence him to become a more dangerous monster that will consume the foster family. Best option is to send him far away to learn a trade either from the religious angle or from the industrial angle |

UnfairLife7: imagine this poor man as your father. A child you helped raising from childhood doing this to your poor father. Would you give your father this kind of advice? His son has been telling him to send the boy away considering his lifestyle but he didn't listen. That is one of the problems we have in Africa. All these our parents thought they're wiser and smarter than us because of their age. The son knows what the boy is capable of doing that was the reason why he suggested the boy should leave. Look at what he has done? That boy can do anything against that family. He can actually harm the family if he continue living under their roof. He has proven to them that he isn't part of the family and he has also justify the reason why his biological mother rejected him.
Stop giving people advice that you cannot take. you have to be wise and comprehensive to understand what I wrote. but since you don't understand I will explain again. The guy said the mother of the guy lives around them, now imagine they sent him away to whom will he return to, the mother of course. and as it is the mother will poison the boy and the boy will become a bigger monster that will make life unbearable for the former foster father and his family. The best thing to do is to commit him to industry, he should be sent far away to learn a trade, do you understand now |

Villa12: My father has 4 biological children and 3 adopted ones totaling seven. Two of the 3 other children are orphan from my father's family while the third one is from my mother side. He's fatherless but has a mother. His mother rejected him right from birth and he's 20 years old now. I am the 4th child among the 4 children. The first is late, second is married a female, i have an elder brother while I'm the last born.. My father is still struggling in his 60s.
One of my mum sister came visiting and told this 20 years old boy his life history. This boy automatically harbour hatred towards his biological mother that rejected and abandoned him from birth. This my mum sister and the boy mother live in the same area. Coincidentally my mum sister met this boy mother on the road and told her how his son is now grown she was really concerned and begged her to give her his phone number which she did. She started calling the boy with the intention to beg him money. At first this boy stopped picking her call and told my mother. My mum advised him to forgive his mother. This woman started begging his son money. The boy told her he doesn't have money. He just finished his secondary school education and he's learning work. The woman shouted at him asking him why is he not doing Yahoo? She claimed he's not doing Yahoo and he's from a poor home in Nigeria, then how does he intend to make it? The boy tried to hide it away from us but my mum overheard his conversation and threatened to report to my dad before he confessed what his mother told him.
My mum asked him if any of her children is doing Yahoo? He said no. She told him the implications and reasons not to listen to his mother. My father had #65,000 in his account. This is all he has which he's managing. This boy collide with his Yahoo friend outside to withdraw #50,000 from my dad's account through his ATM card as my dad do send him to withdraw from POS with his ATM card. This is a boy no one knows he isn't our biological brother. My dad was crying when he got the alert asking who could have done this to him. He has budgeted #15,000 to buy materials for them to sew for the season and get food items before the incident. I called the bank contact center and they made it known to us that the ATM card numbers and his withdrawal pin number was linked online and used to withdraw the money. We know this is an inside work as a total stranger doesn't have access to all these details. We all know this 20 years old boy was behind it. I invited my brother and we both talked to him. He insisted that he knows nothing about it. We threatened to use the police and he began to confessed. He said he needed money desperately to buy shoe and clothes, and he observed my dad has over #60,000 in his account, then he told one of his Yahoo friend and he requested for his card details which he gave him then he withdrew the money. They have spent #39,000 from the money while his Yahoo friend has ran away having heard that the boy has confessed. He also confessed he has done it for two different people without being caught. The Yahoo friend rented a room apartment and his properties is still inside. My dad wants to arrest this 20 years old boy but he's considering the money he'd spent which he doesn't have. My mum was begging him not to arrest him but to send him away to live with his mother. The same mother that doesn't want to see him but want his money.
Although, this boy has been stealing right from childhood. He stole different neighbours money including ours. When caught my dad will beat him and talk to him. My brother has been adamant right from then sending this boy back to his mother but my father insisted saying the mother has rejected him and nobody knows tomorrow. My dad would say what if this boy was his son, would he rejected him or send him away. This boy went to spend holiday with his mother when he was 12 and the mother denied him in presence of everyone that he's one of her husband family members. She sent him away from her house barely 3 days he arrived and my mother sister brought him back.
This boy has emptied my father's account leaving him with almost nothing. My father wish to arrest him and lock him up but this cannot be done without money. My mum suggested we send him away to his mother.
Please what do you suggest! If you guys are Christians your dad and mum should send him to go and learn a trade far away from home, or perhaps to go and live with a disciplined pastor that will make him fast and pray may be he will become a pastor in the future or a trader. If Muslim same thing send him to a cleric, it's either he learns a trade or the other, both ways he will become good for himself but the Best is keep him far away where he will be disciplined. Sending him to live with his mother will lead to him eventually harming your family based on this mentioned antecedent |

ThatWriterBoy: Also, could you point out the role and function of an apostle, so we can see which apostle is carrying out the role today?
I believe Apostles have ceased to exist, and some people who claim to be apostles function more as pastors, teachers and evangelists than apostles.
Well, I could be wrong though, but can I get a convincing argument as to why?
The New Testament was written by apostles for example. Nobody's writing an additional book to the Bible today so why are we still saying that apostles exist? That's just one example sha.
The apostles are the foundation on which the rest of the church is built on. After the foundation was finished, they ceased. The other offices are building on what they have already done. let me do some short explanation for you, there are different categories of apostles, to start with Jesus Christ Himself was an Apostle. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was sent by the Father as an apostle (Hebrews 3:1). The Greek word "apostolos" (ἀπόστολος) means "one sent forth" or "messenger." Jesus was the ultimate Apostle, sent to redeem humanity and establish the church. Then we have the Apostles of the Lamb The Apostles of the Lamb, they are the primary foundational apostles, being chosen by Jesus Christ to lay the foundation of the church (Ephesians 2:20; Revelation 21:14). These apostles, including Peter, James, John, and others, were entrusted with the responsibility of spreading the Gospel and establishing the early church. In simple terms they are the 12 Disciples. But there are other apostles beyond the original 12: for example - Paul, who was called by God to be an apostle (Romans 11:13; 1 Corinthians 15:9; 1 Timothy 2:7; 2 Timothy 1:11) - Barnabas, who was sent out by the church in Jerusalem as an apostle (Acts 14:4, 14) - Silas, who was recognized as an apostle by the church in Jerusalem (1 Thessalonians 1:1; 2 Thessalonians 1:1) - Timothy, who was considered an apostle by Paul (1 Thessalonians 1:1; 2 Thessalonians 1:1) There are even some women referred to as Apostles in the Holy Bible some of them like Paul, Barnabas, Mark are aso considered as The Foundational Apostles and Prophets These foundational apostles and prophets provided the doctrinal foundation of the church (Ephesians 2:20). They laid the foundation, and subsequent apostles and leaders were to build upon it. Let me use a A House Analogy which is a prominent analogy of the body of Christ in the Holy Bivle Consider a house as an analogy for the church. The foundational apostles and prophets laid the foundation of the house, establishing the doctrinal framework of the church. Subsequent apostles and leaders are like builders who add to the structure, but they must build upon the existing foundation. Ephesians 2:20 which I mentioned earlier says, "Having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone." This verse emphasizes the importance of the foundational apostles and prophets in establishing the church. Then other Apostles emerges after them, some of which includes Timothy and many others till the ones we have today. It becomes easy when you change the word Apostle to Messenger Like I said Apostles today are not to lay new foundations or establish new doctrines. Instead, they are to build upon the existing foundation laid by the foundational apostles and prophets (1 Corinthians 3:10-11). Apostles today are to: - Plant and establish new churches (1 Corinthians 3:6-10) - Provide spiritual oversight and guidance to churches (Acts 14:23; Titus 1:5) - Equip and train leaders for ministry (Ephesians 4:11-12) - Spread the Gospel and make disciples (Matthew 28:18-20) |

ThatWriterBoy: I personally believe that the office of the apostles have ceased. Apostles were only for the Bible days; not for today. What was the criteria for picking an Apostle according to the Bible? 1. He must have been around when Jesus was there and was a physical witness to the happenings. 2. He must have the signs of the apostle to confirm his apostleship in signs and wonders and diverse strange miracles. 3. His words form major doctrine like Paul's writings and stuff.
Nobody here was around when Jesus was alive (Paul's case was special as he said he was separated in his mother's womb). The signs of an apostle were unquestionable miracles. A lame man that the whole Jerusalem knew was lame was made to walk by Peter and John, I don't see those kinds of miracles in today's church. Nobody can add to the Bible anymore, and any new doctrine coming today is most likely false.
This is why I believe there can be no apostles today. Only pastors, prophets, teachers and evangelists. The apostles have laid the foundation for us like Paul said when he talked about the household of God in Ephesians, BUILT ON THE FOUNDATION OF THE APOSTLES...
I would have provided verses to prove my point, but I don't have time to search them out now. You aren't reading your Bible well. To start with there are 4 categories of Apostles in the Bible. If the word Apostle means messenger or sent how can it just end. The one you are referring to have end is what is called Foundational Apostles which are the 12 and a couple of others that layed the foundational and doctrinal template of the church of christ, Christ being the foundation and the chief cornerstone. |

Computers › Re: How To Synch Onedrive And Google Drive by Ynix(m): 12:48am On Dec 06, 2024 |
dynamicd28: Greetings,
I currently use onedrive as my main cloud file storage.
I am looking for a solution where I can sync all the files on my onedrive to a fresh google drive account. The reason for this is so that if microsoft one day decides to lock me out or delete my account for whatever reason, I would still have my google drive with all my files intact.
My ideal scenario is: as I upload files into my onedrive, the same files should automatically sync and be available on the google drive in the correct folder e.g:
If I save a file named A in a folder Z which is in mother folder X, sub -folder Y, on my one drive, I would want to see the file in the same location on my google drive and vice-versa.
I need to get this done asap, however due to work and studying ( I have an exam soon) I cannot research the solutions myself. If possible I will like somebody to make me a screen recording of how to do this by creating a onedrive account and google drive account just for demonstration purposes, then sync them and show in the video how it is done, by creating folders and sub-folders and saving files in them so that they we can see if they sync correctly and automatically on both onedrive and google drive.
I know paying is frowned upon, I believe anybody who does the above for me deserves some form of compensation for the time spent in making a screen recording and possibly researching the solutions. Moderator please if there is a better forum for this please guide me. If you find this offensive, I am sorry. That's a wise decision to ensure your files' safety and availability. You can sync your OneDrive files to Google Drive using various methods: Use any of the following options to sort things out Method 1: MultCloud 1. Sign up for a MultCloud account. 2. Connect your OneDrive and Google Drive accounts to MultCloud. 3. Create a "Cloud Sync" task to sync your OneDrive files to Google Drive. 4. Set the sync mode to "One-way sync" to ensure files are only copied from OneDrive to Google Drive. Method 2: Rclone 1. Download and install Rclone on your computer. 2. Configure Rclone to connect to your OneDrive and Google Drive accounts. 3. Use the "rclone sync" command to sync your OneDrive files to Google Drive. 4. Set up a scheduled task to run the sync command periodically. Method 3: CloudHQ 1. Sign up for a CloudHQ account. 2. Connect your OneDrive and Google Drive accounts to CloudHQ. 3. Create a "Sync" task to sync your OneDrive files to Google Drive. 4. Set the sync mode to "One-way sync" to ensure files are only copied from OneDrive to Google Drive. Method 4: Google Takeout 1. Use Google Takeout to export your OneDrive files. 2. Download the exported files. 3. Upload the files to your Google Drive account. Before choosing a method, consider the following factors: - File size and quantity: If you have a large number of files or very large files, some methods might be more suitable than others. - Sync frequency: If you want to sync your files in real-time, some methods might be more suitable than others. - Security and privacy: Make sure to choose a method that ensures the security and privacy of your files. By using one of these methods, I believe that you can ensure that your files are safely synced from OneDrive to Google Drive, providing a secure backup in case of any issues with your OneDrive account. I believe you should be able to have your way around them |

We are at the point of death and we are still complacent. This point is where other people like Europe and Asia got to and decided to make something out for themselves.
It’s not about weather. There’s something wrong somewhere among us. We have to begin to talk about it and proffer immediate and long lasting solutions.
And nobody should talk of self hate when we begin to discuss this inherent issues. fortunately and unfortunately the challenge is not the weather, in fact the weather is good, the major challenge has been the introduction of divide and rule system as far back as the 1800s and the back door divide and rule still going on as neocolonialism and the central focus is power and resource control |
