This is IPPIS and u guys should get used to optimal tax deductions, NHS, and others.

There's no difference at all except for a slight consideration for undergraduate scholarship which favors federal schools sometimes, not even postgraduate.
But truth is government medical schools produce brighter doctors when compared to the private or foreign universities.
Another truth, once u graduate, u all are doctors, no more difference once u sure u can defend ur certificate.
