Just like everyone, I didn't expect it to start when it did. I had white yam with palm oil for sahoor.

No matter the kind of advice you receive on this matter, it takes only self determination for you to stop the act. If you truly really want to stop masturbating, start by reducing the frequency. Even when the urge comes, hold it till the last minute (bed time), then you do it and sleep off. As time goes on, you start skipping 1 day. And so on. It's not going to be as easy as I have said it. But your quest and determination will help you achieve it.

I hope you and any other person facing the same challenge find this tip helpful.

I am n-teach and I have been deployed. But I have not been able to get my deployment later printed. And I have been finding it difficult to log in again since then.

I finally got my congratulatory mail around 1am today. And about an hour ago, I was able to log in and I saw the congratulatory message on my verification tab. I followed all the procedure and I couldn't seem to install the file I downloaded. That was when I searched online and discovered it wasn't going to work. Anyone with a contrary information shouldn't hesitate to educate us. Thanks.
