Zagee: Access support on 10.15, UBA 8.15( based on the usual 20% appx margin btwn Access and UBA)
We COULD see Intbrew & Caverton at circa 8 & 2 respectively by July.
In the event of the prophecy of which I am still trying to unravel with AI😁, all these figures evaporates.
Due diligence is STRICTLY ADVISED Bro. Access na 45, uba 40 |

locodemy: The impact of subsidy removal in the stock market. Imagine buying fuel at #235 on Monday afternoon, by the evening same fuel costs #500. On Tuesday, there was a sharp rise in stocks. My take is for this subsidy removal to work for a common man, the stock market where the common man is hopeful need to be on a steady rise for a period of time. If Tinubu can do this, he is going to be better than Bubu who didn't allow his common citizens to have a breathe of life in his regime. I disagree on this, there will be massive inflation so if u carry your loot from NSE na Ghana u wan go spend am? This will reduce the purchasing power of people any how and NSE participants not excluded. |

emmanuelewumi: Everyone is right, stocks on NGX are dirt cheap and most stocks can still do 25% in order to get to their intrinsic value.
Market sentiments, interest rates, happenings in global economy can still make stocks on NGX to lose
But on the long run market logic will always overtake market sentiment.
Iñ the market, we have price and we have value. Ability to identify difference between price and value, and then use it to ones benefits is the key to a long term success in the stock market.
Surprised, those who sold GTB at N20 are now ready to buy at N30. No be juju be dat Because they are greedy and pursuing what is coming back to their door steps, my dad taught me to be fearful when others are greedy and to be greedy when others are fearful. The fact remains and Mark this with time is still coming down the time it will do is what I can't say. Once I sell a stock whatever it does after I don't look back into it with that have maintain my sanity and protect my capital. From 2006 till date no stock hangs up there for yrs so what are they pursuing? Stock that will come down again wt time? Time to be greedy has gone so am very FEARFUL now |

yok: THERE IS NO PHILOSOPHY IN INVESTING Have your indicators in place, buy when your indicators say buy and sell when your idea looks wrong.
Taking clue from the above, I will sell my Chinese ETF (at a loss, yes at a loss and I am happy). I have realized that anybody can be wrong, currently everybody that played on China revovery are under water, big funds and even the world bank (at a time early this year world bank was talking with the undertone that China's economy will safe the whole world from likely recession, but alas China is not performing at the moment). Market is a case of "bi egun eni ba fe jo, to o ba so wipe ohun ojo mo, there is nothing you can do". What the yoruba proverb is saying is that market is the owner of the masquerade (if maket is saying it want to be bullish), market can decide not to be bullish again. So as an investor I obey the market, so China bullish masquerade has decided not to dance, so I get out of my trade.
Looking at the premarket, this AI matter seems to have captured everywhere. Looking at the AI stocks, we need to pick one that can stand the test of time. Good thing is that most big equities are in AI, so this madness may last for some time. Therefore, my take is that if you don't have much idea about AI, just buy NVDA (it has all the foundation that all AIs are built upon) and go to sleep, let the market do the rest (like of NVDA may likely do what TSLA and Amazon did in the past).
Good luck to everybody. Some pre market gainers (AI related are shown blow)!!!
In conclusion, can you imaging that AI will not be able to take over investing totally, stocks picked by AI sometimes too suffer loss. But, if you do not have AI stock in your portfolio, you may likely regret latter. Thanks brotherly but there is still a very high uncertainty in the the market, US debt default issues, oil will tank and global economy crisis warning is also there. Oil currently trading below naija bench mark of 75$ so coast not clear globally now. With the oil going down which may hit 60$ soon I pity those in naija stock too cos some will buy high then start to average down when price nosedived. Best to me one should watch the global events especially America and oil then take advantage of the fall in stock prices. Stocks will fall including that of naija. |

BabsO2: LPI's and or FPI's taking positions. Hope by the time masses wake up again and rush into NSE, they will not dump on them. By then it will be in the news the best thing bla bla to do is be in NSE. If you are not in, you are missing bla bla. Then people will rush in while they cash out. Bro. I don't think any FPI are taking any position for now, US are having their own to face my friend in US is complaining they are in recession. I think LPIs are the one doing the magic and their purchasing power has limitations when they are out of gas stocks will still tank. FPIs bids at any price so I don't think they are around now |

ositadima1: Investing in solid companies, keeping track of their performance over time, and rebalancing your portfolio is just as good as investing in foreign markets. This is because, even if it is a slow process, good companies must revalue the cost of the products they provide to their consumers, which will result in better profits. In short, sooner or later, every good stock you see on the NGX will move up to adjust to inflation. This is inevitable.
If you have 200, invest it in a good stock instead of bonds or treasury bills to fight inflation. If you are a good trader, you can do even better. Pls is fidelity ok at the current price? |

yMcy56: TBH, I don't think he has violated any rule as far as I'm concerned.
You picked a stock, you're no longer comfortable holding, one big man approached you to back down and give you a good offer for your stakes, you accepted, cash in your profit and move on.....
SEC also confirmed no rule has been violated. It's not his fault that people rode on his name to acquire Transcorp nah. Na jejely he go do biz there. People will always burn their fingers if they're not smart and they are following FO up and down |

Redoil: they are legal thieves that knows how to steal big, become rich and be forming big boys. Transcop withing a year is flying from .50k to N5 with correspond increase in income earning like fort oil that rose from N5 to N120 when otedola sold and ran away the stock fell back to N10 and was cunningly remained Adova oil. Now the yeye Ardova oil is back to profit and they want to buy out minority share holders off and go private Ardova was bought by a former governor in SW and used the current chairman of the company to front, they needed to exit nse so no much dust would be raised in the long run. Na game. |

2 out of the numerous ones that has been directly or codedly mentioned in my posts at different times.......Geregu, JP, BUAFOODS, BUACEM, Fidelity, FCMB, HW, and quite a lot as Mr. Market , news, Financials dictates.
This is not to proof or justify anything but at least to clear the misconception of @ihelp . If these plenty posts are made and all you could see there is "North" and "South", then I don't think anyone can help you here.
Reading is just so difficult for some people. If you can read and decode btw the lines, you will benefit a lot from my posts as well as some pple's posts here. **If you don't understand, simply ask question** ** Also note: I didn't say I recommend them, OGG, CP and the gurus do recommendations here**
Remember many people here have access to first hand and insider info but won't share it.......some after they finished loading, they'll come and share, while you're rushing to load at high price, they'll be busy exiting with profits. That was how I missed NEM insurance then cos of my previous experience of insurance stocks and NEM from 1.90-2 when I was watching it now #4+ I think I will focus my attention again on good insurance companies. |
