Exactly 10ys ago between 2013 & 2014 TRANSCORP moved from #1:00k to #7.15 k.
History is repeating itself between 2023 & 2024

I expect DS to pay a better dividend in 2023. The company could afford to pay a dividend of N3.00 of in 2022, but paid just N1.20k.

The over 100% increase in the dividend paid by Nahco is responsible for its price increase

Thank you and God bless you and family.
While I congratulate all in Transcorp right now, I am believing God to visit some of those stocks I exited Transcorp to invest on same hope.

Your stubbornness for refusing to appease the gods and keeping to their ethics have kept you where you are today.

I rest my case.

Thanks. You guys have it good. In Germany I pay almost 26.3% for dividends excluding a free amount given to us yearly by the State.

After this 10% WHT, is the balance still subject to PIT (Personal Income Tax) if the dividend is paid to an individual?

No. For both individuals and corporates.

An efficient way to avoid tax. Some of our billionaires go for dividends. Total tax paid by them is not proportional to what they earn, given corporate tax at 30% and personal income tax upto 24% on chargeable income.
