I'm not sure .What I'm sure is that, there are 3 recruitments going on .If you don't get civil defence, you can get ndlea or the third one. That's how they are sharing the slots. But the slots are for the strong. Professionals will get it on merit. Like the Doctors ,specialist, etc. But the rest ,is only God that will favour us. This country is already something else
