GOV. OBIANO ISSUES OUT #20 MILLION NAIRA TO EACH COMMUNITY.

Today, the Community Stakeholders in Awka North LGA of Anambra State held an interactive session as summoned by the Local Government Council Chairman Hon. Chief Cosmos Okonkwo. This was as a result of the decision of our amiable working Governor of Anambra State, His Excellency Chief Willie Obiano AKPOKUEGLOBAL to disburse the sum of Twenty Million Naira (#20,000,000) to each of the 177 Communities of Anambra State of which the 10 Communities of Awka North will be part of it.

Chief Cosmos in his remarks informed the Stakeholders that the Governor has decided to take developments to the rural areas, thus requesting that the projects should be Community Driven Demands. He further said that the Community Projects will be implemented and executed by the Community but will be properly monitored by Government for effective implementations.

Also speaking, the Special Adviser to Governor on Security Matters Chief Sir Chikodi Anarah IGBAKIGBA in his brief remarks requested that the various Community Stakeholders should as a matter of urgency call for Stakeholders meeting in their town as so to identify and quantify the needs of their town and place them according to priority.

Commending the kind gesture of the Governor, the President General of Amansea Chief Ozo Okonkwo applauded this new initiative of the Governor by developing the rural areas. He moreover assured the Governor or prudent use of the funds when released as his community shall set-up a Monitoring and Evaluation Team in this regards.

Other Stakeholders present are HRH Igwe K.O. Okonkwo ORANYELUEZE II AMANSEA, HRH Igwe Chris Egwuonwu ORANYELUEZE UGBENU, Chief Sir Godson Ezenagu OCHENDO Chairman Housing Cooperation, Chief Chuma Okoye DIKEANYALO Fmr Commissioner for Education, Nchekwube Tony-Dunga EZESINACHI AMANSEA APGA State Auditor General, Hon. Ikechukwu Oforkansi Deputy Council Chairman, All Councilors, Town Unions President General, amongst others.

This is why we need to continue to support the APGA led Government of Anambra State under the leadership of His Excellency Governor Willie Obiano, The National Leader and Chairman BoT of APGA. This is why we need to vote APGA in the coming Senate Election for Anambra Central so as to send Chief Sir Victor Umeh OFR OHAMADIKE to the SENATE for onward collaboration and complementation of the efforts of our working Governor.

The dishing out of #20,000,000.00 to each of the 177 Towns of Anambra State is a welcome development and will thus bring fort development to the grassroots.

Do you know that smartphone are addictive? Most of us will find ourselves looking at our smartphone for most of the day. statistic shows that an average person spends 8hr and 41mins on electronic devices and check his/her phone 46 time s per day.
1. 40% of the population is addicted to their smartphones : people are increasingly becoming addicted to their phones. According to an article on psychology today 40% of the population suffer from this addiction and also nomophobia I.e fear of being without a smartphone.
2. Most people will constantly check their phones without reason, especially when they are addicted.Despite having check their phones about two seconds ago, they tend to have an urge to check it again
3. Most phone addicts will experience phantom vibration: phantom vibration or ringing is a false belief that your phone is ringing or has received a notification, even though it has not.
4. Most people (18-30) sleep with their phones right next to them and when it is not there they suffer from separation anxiety.
5. Most phone addict forget how living in the real world is: Most of the phone addicts completely cut themselves off from real life and thus limit interactions with people and other real life experiences with people and other real life experiences. They see the world through their phones and interact less.

A Professor of Religion on CNN not long ago, made me realise some fascinating things about the Bible.

To the Christians here, please add, correct or disagree with these facts please.

Thanks.

1-Cleanliness is next to Godliness is not in the Bible.

2-Spare the Rod, spoil the Child(nearest to this is Proverb 13)

3-The Bible does not State how many Wise men visited Jesus after he was born, but the Bible talked the Three Gifts, so people assumed they were Three Wise men. Luke 2 vs 7 and Matthew 2 Vs 1.

4- The Bible does not State Eve ate Apple in the Garden of Eden. Genesis 3 vs 6.

5- This too shall pass- Not in the Bible

6- God help those who help Themselves- Not in the Bible

7-God works in a mysterious way- Not in the Bible

8- Love the Sinner, hate the Sin- Ghandi Actually said this one.
